I wouldn't have minded seeing the priannas in a tank. I think it's usually pretty busy, I don't think I have ever been when it's been quiet

Beautiful place and glad it's had so much restoration. Me and my wife were recently talking to one of the volunteers who was telling us how the church roof had been repaired by a specialist company to spec as it would have been hundreds of years back. Costly stuff.

Ahh I have been in there a few times with a guy I look after. (I'm a carer) And I know it gets busy with kids. As long as your 7 year old enjoyed it

#NewcastleUponTyne The 8 metre long Greggs Ta-Pastry tapestry in the Hancock Museum - Great North Museum Newcastle upon Tyne photographed 26th October 2026. Six chapters chart the Sausage Roll’s journey through decades of cultural change and quiet consistency: I: Ortus Primus: Founder John Gregg riding through Newcastle on his trusty delivery bike, with the Tyne Bridge looming proudly in the background. II: Fabricatio Lucanicae Crusulo: Post-war bakers perfecting the art of rolling golden, savoury comfort for a rebuilding nation. III: Rotulus Omnia Aevia Perdurat: The Sausage Roll remaining an unshakeable constant through decades of national triumphs, from '66 to 2012. IV: Magna Divisio: The headline-grabbing 2019 media storm sparked when a live TV tasting split the public over the Vegan Sausage Roll. V: Legenda Nova: The rise of 2020s brand fandom, immortalising super-fans wearing blue-and-gold streetwear and sporting sausage roll haircuts. VI: Victor Mundi: A global success story celebrating a bake now enjoyed over a million times every single day. More @ flickr.com/photos/steve-ellw…
