WHO: "Only some 80 WHO Member States have good-quality vital registration data that can be used directly to estimate suicide rates."
Poor counting leaves men's suffering unrecorded.

Oh, so that's what happens when you have a complete lack of accountability. Who would have thunk it?
Thinking of fathers who will not go trick or treating with their children tonight.
Loss of child contact is a quiet harm. Connection matters. Fathers matter.
UN for Men 'The United Global Alliance', established 2026 to address the global male suicide crisis, seeks formal recognition within the United Nations system.

Equality is not a 'Pic n' Mix'.
You don't get to fund only the equalities you like.

40% of the victims. 91% of the prosecuted. Explain that???
Men are 40% of domestic abuse victims. Yet about 91% of those prosecuted for it are men.
Our tax funds the CPS.
40% of the victims. 91% of the prosecuted. Explain that???
We don't want less for women. We DEMAND equal for men.
@ukhomeoffice @haroon_siddique @earplifting
40% of the victims. 2% of the help. Read that again.
40% of the victims. 2% of the help.
That's men in domestic abuse safe accommodation. 2% of everyone supported.
Our tax funds those services too.
We don't want less for women. We DEMAND equal for men.

Men pay nearly TWO-THIRDS of all UK Income Tax.
Same tax. Not the same service.
Men pay nearly TWO-THIRDS of all UK Income Tax.
That's not a slogan. That's the government's own tax figures.
That money pays for the Police. The Family Courts. The CPS. Every public service.
So ask yourself what we get back???
Same tax. Not the same service.
@samjrushworth @peston @mbcoalition
WHY SHOULD MEN PAY TAX?
Men pay nearly two-thirds of all UK Income Tax. That money funds the Police, the Family Courts, the CPS and every public service.
Yet we're discriminated against by the Police, abused by the Family Courts, disproportionately convicted by the CPS.
Same tax. Not the same service.
2003. Two German dads, never married to their kids' mums, took their country to Europe's top rights court.
They won. Treating them worse than divorced dads over contact was discrimination.
Edition 10, Article 14.
Two dads in the same court corridor. One divorced, one never married.
Should one have to prove more before he sees his child?

The Lords debated repealing the presumption of parental involvement yesterday. Children need both parents. DADs have had enough.
What the Lords actually said on Clause 16 yesterday, in plain words.
The Government says the Bill would repeal the presumption of parental involvement.
The Tory front bench said: "The Bill repeals this without providing any sort of replacement."
The Lib Dems said they back the repeal.
So the starting point that a safe parent is good for their kid would just go. Nothing in its place.
Full Hansard today.
