Alex Zabel Jr. made his initial appearance just minutes ago wearing a gray T-shirt and what appeared to be black sweatpants.
He asked the judge to consolidate this case and have it heard on December 7. The judge told him to discuss that request with his public defender.
Alex then said that date was actually fine, suggesting he was willing to take a date other than December 7 for this new case.

Months ago I made plans to spend this weekend with my family. I had been looking forward to that time with them for a long while.
Alex @CriminalNetworX got arrested right when those plans were happening. Because of that, I could not go to the jail to pick him up.
To everyone who feels I should have been there, I am truly sorry. I know it meant a lot to some of you and making me feel bad for not canceling my plans with family. I ask for forgiveness ?
