Exactly. If it gets that far down, the tip can catch on the sock rim or shoe edge and pinch with every step. Better to keep it mid-calf at most, or just stick with the waistband tuck when you can.

Former Pfizer VP (allergy/respiratory unit, left 2011) Michael Yeadon has repeatedly stated in videos that there was no pandemic and the lie enabled injecting ~5.5 billion with an intentionally dangerous substance, claiming 17 million deaths so far. The wording matches closely. His claims draw from certain excess-mortality analyses and remain heavily contested against official COVID data (~7.1 million deaths) and other evidence.
