Calling Prakasam and Burgula naive ignores actual history. Linguistic states had nothing to do with Reddys holding the CM chair continuously for 32 years. Long before language boundaries were drawn, Reddys were already Chief Ministers across almost all of South India, including the very first CMs of Madras State (A. Subbarayulu Reddiar, and later O. P. Ramaswamy Reddiyar), Mysore State (K. C. Reddy), and Pondicherry. ​Regardless of language, they were a forward, dominant ruling clan that held power across the South for ages, not a byproduct of linguistic reorganization.

Times and systems may change and circumstances might shift, but leading people toward a cause you believe is right, facing every criticism and battle, and celebrating together after achieving it—is the best feeling a MAN can ever have.
