关于本次安全事件，大家对技术细节有不少疑问，就目前掌握的信息，这里统一说明几点：
1️⃣ 这不是攻破一台电脑就把钱转走了
这并不是一次通过单一设备就能完成的事件，一个员工电脑被黑是这个攻击的起点。针对加密机构的攻击通常具有较强的针对性，攻击者往往尝试利用了复杂的手段实施渗透。
我们已经发现与事件相关的重要线索，并已第一时间采取措施控制风险，相关调查和溯源工作仍在持续进行中。现阶段，平台核心风控和应急机制已经启动，用户资产安全是我们的首要保障。
2️⃣ 关于"工程师是不是权限过大"
这并不是攻击者直接利用某位工程师权限即可完成资金转移的事件，也不是单一人员可以“一键操作”造成的结果。相关异常涉及更复杂的攻击过程。需要强调的是，现阶段调查并未将责任归因于任何个人，公司将承担相应责任，并持续推进后续处置与安全升级工作。
3️⃣ 目前能确认的事实
没有发现钱包私钥泄露的证据。用户资金安全，本次事件造成的全部被盗损失由 SAFU 基金和公司资金全额承担，不需要用户承担。目前链上已冻结约 30 亿美元受影响资产，我们正配合执法部门和区块链情报机构追查，链上资金流向公开可查。
4️⃣ 充提状态
充值全程正常开放，未受影响。提现作为预防性措施已暂停，预计在48小时内开放，具体时间以官方公告为准。我们理解这对大家造成了不便，会尽快同步进展。
5️⃣ 后续
我们会在确保调查准确性的前提下，持续同步进展，并在事件处置和复盘完成后公布详细情况和进一步的安全加固措施。该暴露的问题我们会正视，不会含糊。
