Replying to @thesamocean
honestly all the normal advice
- thumbnail and packaging matter the most
- match content to packaging and keep previewing what comes next to retain
- split up timely content and longer tail stuff for search
all rings super true -very little counterintuitive success tips i could give if any

Idk why this is like shocking to people. This is the entry ticket to greatness. Everyone needs to put in 10,000 hours some even more to achieve great things. When I was coming out of school that’s what I did and that’s why I don’t need to do anything I don’t want to do now..
Too many people get it twisted and try to money max, or career max too early. Your starting salary doesn’t matter, what matters is you become the best at your craft as fast as possible and it’s going to be competitive. People will work nights and weekends and do work outside of work to get better than you.
You can either realize that’s the game and suck it up and do the work or quit before you lose.

250k on Youtube 🫡
- one video a week, never stopped
- mix of formats and top/medium/bottom of funnel
- ungodly amount of business generated
- relentless focus on continuing to let people learn about me, my life and personality versus pure education
- introduced the community calls at end of last year to bring people together and make it feel less one way
my favorite social network, especially since we found content fit with shorts now too

This Github repo should be illegal for YouTube creators to have for free.
It's a Claude Code plugin that edits your videos.
Give it your raw recording and say what you want. It cuts your mistakes and retakes, adds title cards, charts and captions, and exports to Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci.
Set your channel's colours, fonts and logo once.
Every video after that matches.
It's called TubeAI.
Film today, post this week:

Iman Gadzhi is an actual F*CKING GENIUS
99% of investors buy their shares and watch from the sidelines
he used his authority to push one of the biggest promises of the decade even further
How?
By targeting one of the biggest desires in the world and promising the average Joe he can make money online
using Higgsfield, the exact company he just invested in
and the ad he’s running is a masterpiece
-> Starts off with a common misconception that making money online must be a scam, grabs attention while dismantling this belief and building trust in his offer
-> Makes the process sound extremely simple to remove doubts from the viewer
-> Clean CTA, reinforcing that it’s free and when it starts on November 2nd
A lot can be learned from this, from the scripting to the execution
Genuinely being good at making these ads will make you millions in 2027

The modern Onassis is brokering compute capacity the way Marc Rich brokered commodities.
The AI gold rush is creating an entirely new generation of middlemen.

When the CEO of the most valuable company in the world says...
'the founders of Higgsfield are visionary in the work that they do … but these are some of the brightest people in the world'
You know you made the right investment.
Jensen Huang: “… the founders of Higgsfield are visionary in the work that they do … but these are some of the brightest people in the world.”
We're grateful to Jensen and the teams at NVIDIA and TCV for believing in us. Both companies have joined Higgsfield as investors in our Series B
extension.
Since our August Series B:
• We’ve crossed $1 billion in annualized revenue.
• Enterprise contracts are up 71%, growing 100%+ month-over-month
• We’ve grown from 30 million to over 40 million users globally.
TCV has backed Netflix, Facebook, ByteDance and Spotify, companies that changed how people create and consume media. NVIDIA has powered every generation of Higgsfield, from L40 and A40 GPUs through Hopper and Blackwell, with Vera Rubin next to meet growing demand.
Thank you to our creators and customers for building with us every day, and to everyone at Higgsfield whose work brought us here.

Will Tennyson almost quit YouTube.
A few years ago, he shot 17 videos in the space of 3 weeks.
Every single one of them flopped. His usual 500-600K views dropped to just 150K.
He went so far as to tell his YouTuber friends he was done.
But then he realized his problem.
His channel had grown on big, broad ideas anyone would click on.
The batch he had just filmed was mostly vlogs, which you'd only watch if you already knew who he was.
So he went back to what worked for his channel and came back with a big, mass-appeal idea.
He also slowed down his schedule so each idea could get more thought.
As soon as he made that switch, the views came back. And they just kept climbing from there.
Today he has nearly 5.5M subscribers.
Moral of the story: If this can happen to a big channel with a full team behind it, it can happen to you too.
When it does, your best bet will always be going back to the winners you already posted.

Yesterday I gave a Lecture about YouTube to a class in Ireland largest college.
I was asked to teach them the fundamentals behind YouTube and how its recommendation algorithms truly work.
Should I share what I thought them?
