The KukiCommunity demands an immediate, independent and uncompromising investigation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) into the burning, destruction and targeting of Kuki ancestral villages across Ukhrul, Kamjong, Senapati, Noney and Tamenglong districts. The roles, connections, activities and responsibilities of the United Naga Council (UNC), Senapati District students, JTM, NPO, ANSAM, Tangkhul CSOs, Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho, Meitei CSOs, Meitei MLAs and all other individuals or organisations must be thoroughly investigated wherever credible evidence warrants scrutiny. KCSO/KMJ/PL-11/26 06/11/26 CONDEMNATION STATEMENTS The Kuki CSO Working Committee, Kamjong District issues an unequivocal and strongest possible condemnation regarding the 5th November 2026, Protest Rally which was spear headed by the United Naga Council and Tangkhul Naga Long within Kamjong and Ukhrul District. It has come to light that, the protest was carried out under three points of which one particular slogan points to the CO 11AR, which sentimentally hurts the Kuki Comminuty in general. Statement of Facts: 1. The protest rally statement that, http://Col.Vivek Tripathi, CO 11AR having nexus with KNA - B is cowardice bold claimed by the Tangkhul Community. There isn't a single KNA - B in Kuki areas of Kamjong District. This statement was made to tarnished the dignity of the CO 11AR, at the sametime the Kukis. This shallow minded narrative cannot be trusted unless factual evidence is produced. On the other hand, the Tangkhul community must be closely monitored by the concern government authority in order to avoid further spread of lies and ill fated treacherous behaviors. The Kuki Community in Kamjong wouldn't tolerate such slanderous words put into action in the name of peaceful rally. 2. There is no such KNA - B harboring any Kuki Villages in Kamjong District. Fact to be point out that, the Tangkhuls Community is constantly harboring NSCN IM, Eastern Flank, SNA which is a foreign agent from Burma infiltrating the Indian soil, along with its allied forces constantly disturbing the peaceful Kuki Community with live mortal grenades and foreign made sophisticated weapons. 3. It is the duties of the Indian Army to safeguard and brings protections to the Indian Citizens particularly the Kukis in Kamjong District. It is the minority Kuki Community, as per the 2011 Census having only 8-9% of the total populations that have been taking suppression from the Tangkhul Community for decades and beyonds. 4. The protest Rally which was carried out recently in Ukhrul and Kamjong District was indirectly propagated under the direction of NSCN IM and only using the UNC and TNL as their human shield. HOW LONG MUST THE KUKI COMMUNITY LIVE UNDER FEAR IN ITS OWN ANCESTRAL LAND? The situation in Daili Yaikangpao, Kangpokpi District, demands immediate attention from the Government of India. The circulating image and reports of security personnel guarding paddy-harvesting activities raise serious questions about the freedom and safety of Kuki farmers. Why should innocent villagers need armed protection simply to harvest their own crops? Now that the paddy-harvesting season has ended, concerns are growing over reports of renewed firing towards Kuki villages and threats to Kuki civilians. The people cannot be expected to live under continuous intimidation, uncertainty and fear while those responsible for maintaining law and order fail to guarantee lasting security. The reported activities of NSCN Eastern Flank, NSCN-IM, ZUF (Kamson Group), Shan National Army (SNA), Myanmar junta-linked forces and other armed groups must be investigated without discrimination. The Government must also examine the concerns surrounding the United Naga Council, Senapati District Students, JTM, NPO, ANSAM, Tangkhul CSOs, Deputy Chief Minister Losii Dikho, Meitei CSOs and Meitei MLAs. Every individual and organization must be held accountable under the law, regardless of political influence or affiliation.
