so basically, instead of using ChatGPT to apologize, someone spent all day writing an apology using the previous version as a rough draft. the COMMUNITY manager, Mandy, acted VERY publically in a 50k viewer stream against the values of DbD. Intent vs Impact: A Lesson. BHVRs intent was to share the game with a big streamer to hopefully gain new players. Impact is having that streamers community completely be vile and disgusting to many of your core and passionate players who spoke about their disappointment.
