Earlier this week at the #NARUCWinter26 Policy Summit, EEI President and CEO Drew Maloney joined essential service providers and public officials for a critical discussion: "Resilience in Action: Working Together When Everything Falls Apart."

HB 1522 improves the safety of electric utility infrastructure and reduces the risk of wildfires.
This bill gives the Utilities and Transportation Commission more ability to help utilities improve their wildfire mitigation plans.
