La COSNS Coordinadora de organizaciones sociales de Norte de Santander articulada por Ascamcat, coccam , Sutens, Mcp , Catatumbo trainles, Coordinadora de Mujeres de Zona de Reserva campesina del Catatumbo, Pequeños mineros de subisistencia de Tibu ,Sardinata y Zulia ,Instalamos hoy 26 y 27 abril mesa de concertación para hacer del catatumbo la capital nacional de la paz ante la situación de crisis económica ante el el pliego radicado el 12 de Marzo ante el Ministro del interior @velascoluisf , exigiendo al presidente @petrogustavo la declaratoria de emergencia, económica, social y ambiental en la región del Catatumbo que atienda de manera urgente la reconversión económica de los cultivos de uso ilicito a las comunidades campesinas del Catatumbo.
En segundo elemento la concertación de las inversiones y estrategias trazadas para el pacto catatumbo ante los insumos entregados en el pliego cómo base para el pacto catatumbo
Esperamos la voluntad política y del gobierno del cambio para poder avanzar en la región del Catatumbo
