Fantastic looking car. The sound as well. Alas it wasn’t a success 🥹
Exactly. The different sounds and the designs is what made F1.
I would be happy to see and hear the V8’s even but will they be proper V8’s is the question.
Rallying used to be 3-5 days of using most of a country. These days are gone.
Can you imagine the red tape trying to do the Lombard RAC in 2026.
It’s actually very sad as so many even who weren’t fans would stand and watch.

I saw a post on here about Zac Brown’s pay/bonus.
Not surprised they are having to sell McLarens 🤯🤯
Imagine being in a position to be able to buy one

Yes he looked very ill/weak even during that interview.
The accident was horrific but his mind was a very dark place.
Amazing he was able to come back 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Yes wasn’t Ari wanting to do the 86 Lombard but was told no?
I am sure there were a few in the running for that Peugeot 205 T16 E2 seat.
Louise Aitken-Walker was rumoured also but Sundstrom got the nod.
Not sure if that’s true or not.
Wow Teletext. It was great at the time. Crazy how things have changed.

Yes it’s not the same now it’s all tarmac. Still crazy but not the same.
I always worry about the spectators. Some crazy areas they stand 🫣

🇫🇷 Didier Pironi - Tyrrell 008 Ford V8
Qualifying - 16th
Race - 5th
A lap with Didier around the incredibly fast old Hockenheimring.
As you can see he was badly held up during the lap so entered the pits.
16th to 5th was an impressive recovery.
Proper track and cars 🔥🔥
R.I.P Didier Pironi 🙏🏻
