I challenge every Mormon on X to REPOST 🔁 this quote from your own church’s 5th president. Let’s see how many of you are willing to publicly stand behind it.

People talk about “mormons” all kinds of ways. I’ve lived among the members of ChurchOfJesusChrist.org for decades. This young man is a typical Latter-day Saint. Not that they all play football, but they celebrate life events with humility, citing the correct source for success.

Faith takes courage.
I asked @AndersenNeilL what he’d tell someone who feels like God isn’t speaking to them anymore:
“For someone to get down on his or her knees and say words to unseen God, that takes a little bit of courage. To open up the Bible to read the words of Jesus Christ, that takes courage.”
“For someone to say, I’m going to go back and sit in the pew and listen to the pastor or listen to the priest, and I’m going to think about these things deeply. I’m going to associate with people who believe.”
“You can regenerate your trust in God. I’ve seen it a thousand times. I’ve seen it tens of thousands of times.”

This is the burden we bear as Michigan Men. Every game is our opponents superbowl. They will storm the field and celebrate like they beat us for the 1st time in 50 years at home because in many cases they havent. Congrats to Minnesota.

Minnesota vs Michigan is one of the oldest rivalries in college football dating back to 1892.

Michigan also stormed the field against Western Michigan (a group of 6 school) after a controversial Hail Mary in which replay protocols were not properly followed.

BYU is intentionally playing bad to make Notre Dame and Utah feel overconfident when we play them.

The older I get, the more I realize the beauty in being a regular somewhere. Local coffee shop. Gym. Small restaurant. Whatever. There’s something special about the way these third spaces create a feeling of belonging. Real community. It’s deeply human and seriously underrated.

For the last 10 years, I have ignored false and misleading stories about me and focused on the work.
But the cycle has gotten out of control where old lies get repeated as fact, new ones get added, and the record becomes increasingly distorted.
So from time to time, I’m going to respond, not to every allegation. But when the truth matters, I’ll put the facts and supporting information out publicly, and people can judge for themselves.
