I've always maintained that most guys don’t need more clothes, they just need a better system.
So I put together a simple framework to evaluate, edit, and curate your wardrobe, making the process of getting dressed enjoyable.

Nobody cares if you're 8% or 15% body fat.
Unless you're a physique competitor (or make some kind of a living that way) it makes zero difference. You will look just as great in your clothes either way.
But maintaining 15% is a hell of a lot easier and more enjoyable.

Tailoring really is a game of inches.
With your trousers you want them to sit a bit HIGHER and closer to your natural waist.
You also want a clean break over your footwear - no excessive fabric pooling at the ankles. It makes a huge difference to your lines.
Glenn Powell looks just a bit taller (and more polished) after I cleaned up the fit of his trousers👇
Engineered synthetics generally offer faster drying and better moisture transport.
But I don't care. Give me 100% cotton tees, sweats, sweatshirts etc. for the gym. I'm going back to the basics.
I love cotton’s texture, weight, softness, and the way it feels as you train.
I had a reader ask me what my running kit or gym kit is looking like these days.
Best way to describe the shift I've made recently:
Natural fibers over synthetics. 👇
I'm wearing mostly cotton in the gym these days. Cotton tees, sweatshirts, cotton shorts etc. It's old school. Not as efficient but I don't care. I enjoy a sweat soaked cotton tee. It feels damn good.
I will be writing an email on some of my favorite pieces and what I look for later this week.

Can't forget about the zip style knit polo either.

That rich, deep brown/burgundy colorway...🤌
I really would pair this with black trousers for a killer evening look.

When you don’t do the thing you know you should do you’re paying a price (although you don’t really see it). Inaction debt compounds.👇
And the cost is a life full of regrets on your death bed.

I’m in the 60’s, hammering is more of a challenge but I’m still in there. You’re style tips are the boss
Verdict: it’s a wash.
A few drinks probably ain’t going to do much to your health when you’re already doing all of the basics.
Ergo, focus on the damn basics.
What happens to my sleep when I drink?
I compared every night where I tagged “alcohol” in my @ouraring those without alcohol to find out…

You need to be dressing up your jeans more.
Ditch the hoodie and sneakers.
And the trash denim jeans.
Loafers and quality knit quarter zips🤌

Style advice:
It’s not just WHAT you wear. It’s HOW you wear it.
Take the corduroy suit.
The fabric brings texture and character, but the cut and fit determine whether it looks sharp or shapeless.
On the left: a sharp silhouette, clean trouser lines, and suede boots that pull everything together.
On the right: excess fabric, trousers bunching at the ankles, and a faded graphic tee that makes everything look sloppy AF.
So, “Are corduroy suits stylish?”
They certainly can be but the suit alone won’t do all the work.
Pierce Brosnan is the MASTER of the open collared dress shirt look. 👇
He nails this fit time and time again.
Key is having extra tall shirt collar. Quality and construction of the shirt matter as well.
Here is my favorite option for pulling off this look...
The Tailored Fit Point Collar Shirt from Suit Supply (affiliate): bit.ly/4iINFhh
100% Italian cotton twill fabric
Extra tall/wide point collar
French placket
Streamlined fit
One of the best in terms of price/quality/design.

If you’re not following @WellBuiltStyle what are you even doing with your life?
Sweater vest + dress shirts + slacks and dress shoes.
This is right in the wheelhouse of business casual.
Because you've got the vest you don't *need* a jacket per se, and I wouldn't recommend one (and by jacket I mean a blazer or sport coat).
Again, the key move here is no tie + sleeves rolled. You should also wear a proper dress shirt (no sport shirts).
I also prefer a cardigan vest like you see below on Christ Evans vs a solid vest.

How formal would you consider this? I tend to run warm, so adding another layer (like a jacket) won't often work for me. If this isn't formal at all, can you dress it up?
Yes.
For some reason, the most handsome I've ever been is in Vienna. #ConanOBrienMustGo
