Today, @USAttyPirro and @USAO_EDNC announced that ATF agents arrested five individuals following a federal grand jury indictment in the Eastern District of North Carolina alleging their involvement in a firearms trafficking scheme: four were arrested in Maryland and one in Raleigh, North Carolina.
This enforcement action was conducted in collaboration with the D.C. Safe and Beautiful Task Force—a federal task force chaired by the Homeland Security Advisor—to curb violent crime, address narcotics and firearms offenses, enforce quality-of-life and transit rules, and support local and federal police agencies.

This morning on @FoxBusiness, Chair @AndrealucasEEOC made clear: yesterday’s $5 million settlement with Instacart is just the start of our work to tackle unlawful PERM abuse and other employment schemes that boost cheap foreign labor at the expense of American workers.
As Chair Lucas emphasized, “American workers have rights, and we are going to robustly enforce the law on their behalf.”
