More than 157,000 unaccompanied alien children who were lost under the Biden Administration — including to sex trafficking, forced labor, and other atrocities — have been located.
By leaving our borders open, Democrats enabled the largest human-trafficking operation in modern history. Under the leadership of @POTUS Trump, and working together at every level of government, we will ERADICATE human trafficking.

NEW: DHS confirms to @FoxNews that ICE has launched a nationwide operation targeting illegal aliens who have been illegally collecting SNAP benefits, & ICE has made their first handful of arrests, including these four Haitian illegal aliens:
Rubstony Junior Theodore, whose prior arrests include larceny, obstruction of officers, and trespassing.
Wilbert Jean Baptiste, Louis Jean, and Jhensly Charles.
ICE: “These arrests mark the opening salvo in a sustained, large-scale ICE operation specifically targeting illegal aliens who have fraudulently accessed SNAP benefits that American taxpayers fund exclusively for U.S. citizens in need. Every one of these individuals entered the country unlawfully, then proceeded to draw from a program designed to feed struggling American families, in some cases while carrying criminal records”.
@SecMullinDHS statement to FOX:
“Illegal aliens who have no right to be here in the first place are the last people who should be using SNAP benefits and other forms of welfare,” said DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin. “These programs are for Americans only. Even non-violent illegal alien crime can still have devastating consequences when they’re defrauding the American taxpayer. The illegal alien fraudsters that we’ve already arrested and deported are just a drop in the bucket, and the Trump Administration is committed to going after all these thieves and bringing them to justice.”

THE UGLY TRUTH: America is the only country on this list that doesn’t put its own citizens first.
I compared citizen-hiring policies across 23 nations. 22 of them protect their citizen workers. One doesn’t.
Guess which one!
🇸🇦 Saudi Arabia is moving 340,000+ jobs into citizen hands by 2028. Sales, marketing, procurement, engineering: quotas of 30% to 70% for Saudis. Some professions are 100% Saudi-only.
🇦🇪 The UAE fines companies about $2,700 a month for every job they fail to fill with an Emirati. 95% of companies complied.
🇨🇦 Canada cut foreign-worker permits by 22,000 this year and caps low-wage foreign hires at 10% of a workforce.
🇬🇧 The UK raised the bar to degree-level jobs, raised the English requirement, and raised the employer penalty 32%.
🇺🇸 And America?
❌ No citizen hiring quota
❌ No national labor-market test for most work visas
❌ No incentive to hire a qualified citizen first
❌ The $100,000 H-1B fee? Blocked in court
❌ The “reformed” H-1B lottery? It rewards the employer that pays the foreign worker more. The citizen isn’t even in the equation.
❌ A company can lay off ready and able American citizens and still file for H-1Bs. The new executive order adds “scrutiny.” It doesn’t add a ban.
Here’s the ugliest part:
We count race. We count sex. We don’t count citizenship, the one number that tells us whether American jobs stay American.
Saudi Arabia counts. The UAE counts. Canada counts.
America doesn’t even look.
You can’t fix what you refuse to measure.
Turn this around by taking action in the next thread. 👇
Transparency First. Accountability Follows.

The reason HR exists is because of Civil Rights laws. Once a company hits 100 employees, it’s mandated by law that management has to report demographics to the EEOC once a year. At the same time title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights act allows plaintiffs to sue for discrimination damages. But enforcement isn’t clear cut, lawsuits and EEOC enforcement are unpredictable, so companies try to adhere to a nebulous and ever evolving set of “best practices” to avoid getting sued or hammered by the EEOC. This is why companies hire HR professionals. The Civil Rights act replaced the Constitution in 1964.

Our team had several reqs out for months and I recommended two people for the role. They applied which was essentially throwing their resume into the Byzantine corporate HR shredder. I asked the hiring manager is he saw their applications come in and he said no. Somewhere someone who has no concept of the role made a call that these people would be poor applicants and the interviews never took place.

idk how widespread this is, but back when I was hiring for a pretty basic data analytics/engineering role that really just required some fluency with Python and SQL, HR would tell me all the time with a straight face they just couldn't find any marginally qualified resumes for me to even look at. And when I got frustrated and asked to see some resumes they thought "weren't qualified" it became clear there was a huge disconnect

During a business trip I heard about multiple companies who are struggling to hire people. Jobs available but they can't fill them. There is a huge disconnect in the job market somewhere- the systems responsible for efficient and effective recruitment have completely failed.

It's crazy to think that you can spend years studying some subject and years working in that field becoming an expert in all the things that aren't in the text books, but then to get a new job in that field you have to be judged by someone who just fucks with people.

It always makes me laugh when white collar wagies complain about their jobs or the Asmongolds of the world tell chuds to "just work in construction bro." I type this out on my lunch break after clearing shit out of a broken pipe I'm replacing in an Indian household, who I can hear in the other room haggle my boss in broken English for a 50 dollar discount on a 200 dollar job. This is my life huh. Cleaning shit pipes till the day I die.
Indians = JOB CLONING
As if one Indian isn’t already too much
IT STAFFING RED FLAGS:
JOB STACKING & CLONING
JOB STACKING..
One worker holds multiple jobs.. often with overlapping working hours.. through different employers or staffing firms, potentially concealing conflicting work commitments or double-billing clients.
JOB CLONING..
Duplicating or manipulating candidate profiles, résumés, or identities to submit the same person under multiple profiles or misrepresent who will actually perform the work.
WHEN IT BECOMES FRAUD?
Overlapping jobs alone are not fraud. But false identities, fabricated timesheets, misrepresented hours, proxy interviews, or billing for work never performed can indicate potential fraud or contractual violations.
“We can’t find anyone who wants to work anymore.”
Meanwhile I walk into Walmart and see five closed checkout lanes, one cashier, and a line at self-checkout.
I applied there. Filled out the online application, did the AI questionnaire, did two interviews, and waited three weeks for a rejection.
Then I went back to the same store and saw the same five registers closed and the same “NOW HIRING” sign on the door.
So which is it?
Nobody wants to work, or nobody can get through the machine built to hire them?

From Breadwinner to Broke : How Foreign Labor and Corporate Greed Stole the American Dream
Post 3: The $20,000 Trick That Made CEOs Billionaires $5 Saved per Worker = $5M for the CEO
It doesn’t take a grand conspiracy. Just a spreadsheet and a loophole.
Imagine a corporation that offshores 10,000 jobs or replaces them with H-1B visa holders. That’s $20,000 or more in average salary savings per worker. Multiply that across the workforce, and you’ve got at least $200 million in “cost savings” overnight.
That money isn’t going to workers. It’s going to executives. Bonuses. Stock buybacks. it might even trickle to the Shareholders. Everything but labor.
This is how the billionaire class was built, not on innovation, but on arbitrage. Innovation brings about the parasites.
Instead of paying Americans what they’re worth, they used imported labor to cap wages and accelerate profits. The same job gets done for less, and the “savings” become wealth extraction.
It’s not just tech. It’s hospitals, logistics, finance, retail. Every industry where labor can be squeezed, it is. Its more important to squeeze the bottom than the top if you want the system to work.
When people say “the rich got richer,” this is how. The difference between paying $80K and $60K multiplied by hundreds of thousands of workers adds up. The difference between an American citizen with leverage and a foreign worker with none.
And when the profit lines go up, you’re told it’s because of market brilliance, or that Americans wont work in these positions when less than 40% of American stem grads manage to get placed. They even convince the folks they are bringing in that Americans are lazy and dumb so do not deserve the jobs. But really, it’s wage theft in slow motion.
And here's what they don't want you to notice: replacing 10,000 workers with lower-paid labor doesn't just save $200 million. It also suppresses wages for the rest of the workforce. Once companies anchor a new lower pay grade, everyone below the executive tier feels the squeeze.
A single wave of undercutting ripples outward. Raises stall. Standards slip. Americans get stuck while shareholders celebrate.
Next time you hear a CEO talk about efficiency, ask how many American jobs they replaced to get there.

They say a job gives people dignity and self-respect. That’s possible. I can see that.
I didn’t see it when I worked in corporate, where grown-ass adult coworkers got reprimanded like kids, begged for permission to take time off, or clapped like seals at town hall meetings, kissing ass, all just to avoid losing their jobs.
Dignity and self-respect in full display lol
