I’m obsessed with @WisprFlow… so much so that I became an investor.
This week I’m traveling through Rome, Carrara, Verona, Bergamo, and Milan. Stone quarries, auction houses, galleries, artist studios. Constantly collecting ideas and talking through the visual stories unfolding in my mind.
I simply speak into my phone. Full stream of consciousness. My thoughts become creative direction I share with my studio in real time, while I’m still out exploring.
No keyboard. All of my ideas in motion.

2. find a co-founder that aligns with your "why"
3. come up with ideas and test them
4. raise capital

Today is an exciting one: Notetaker is now live on Windows.
When we launched Notetaker, I wrote about how much we hate messy meeting notes. We wanted something that gets the details right and makes it easy to push your work forward.
That becomes especially useful a few meetings later. You’re writing a proposal and need to remember what the customer asked for. You’re planning next week and want to check which decisions are still open. The context you need is spread across several conversations.
With Notetaker, you can ask questions across your recorded meetings and get answers with links back to the source. Your personal dictionary helps it recognize the names and terminology you use at work, making those conversations easier to follow when you come back to them.
You can also bring that meeting context into your AI tool of choice, alongside the documents you’re already working with. A conversation with a customer can inform a proposal. A discussion with your team can become the starting point for a project plan.
So much of our work starts with something someone said. We want that context to stay useful as the work develops, whether you’re following up that afternoon or revisiting a decision weeks later.
A good conversation should keep being useful after the meeting ends, and that’s exactly why we’ve built Notetaker.

I sat down with Lance Martin from Anthropic, Mihir Garimella from Actively, and Todd Olson from Pendo to talk about what it actually takes to build agents that work in production.
We covered how each of us thinks about evals, memory, cost, and the decision to build agent infrastructure yourself or rely on a managed system.
Really enjoyed comparing notes with a group of people working through these questions in very different products.
Thank you to the Anthropic team for bringing us together.
We sat down with the founders of @WisprFlow, @useactively, and @pendoio, who are building on Claude Managed Agents.
Learn how they used features like outcomes, sandboxing, and memory to scale their products.

I want to talk about a video we posted last week, the one titled "Google is coming for us."
Most of the replies fell into two categories....
1. "Wispr is a wrapper anyone could build in a weekend."
Yes, you can vibe code a version of Wispr. We encourage it, honestly. It's a fun build and you'll learn a lot. But getting from 6/10 to 9/10 is incredibly hard. Making dictation feel instant, getting names and jargon right every time, formatting a text differently in an email, editing mid sentence with just your voice, these are incredibly tough (fun) challenges. Most models cap out well before what top-tier voice dictation needs to be to deserve trusted, habitual usage. We deeply understand this problem - because it is all we have thought about for years - and recently launched Wispr Advanced Interfaces Lab to create a step change in voice quality. We see how this can be significantly better and will prove it.
2. "Wispr has gotten too hype."
This post lacked the authenticity we aim to deliver. We started building Wispr in public closely with the X community and we want to make sure we are as grounded and humble as we always have been. We will continue to have fun, be open and push the boundaries through our content, models, and product innovations.
--
Going forward, we'll be releasing more benchmarks, regular product updates, challenges we face, and incorporating all the product feedback we get here back into what we're building. The future of voice is an exciting one, and we care about what you think we should do next!

We'd like to clear this up, as privacy is central to everything we do at Wispr:
1) This data is from a small subset of users that have opted into this to improve models.
2) Our onboarding surfaces privacy mode as an option for all users: nothing you say is used for model training.
3) The astroturfing on this platform is getting out of hand
your daily dose of linkedin gore
@WisprFlow openly admitting they are retaining every word their users say.

2 days ago I asked what you hate about @WisprFlow.

i was wrong.

we've collated all the info and my team is currently on this

my frnd saw the pink wispr flow autos in Koramangala and was convinced that it's a sanitary pads company 🙂
I didn't take any photos, so here's a stolen one.

Not a typical product, being YC backed, being able to be launched in conferences, in a launch event, but instead gentle nudge via founders on LinkedIn, billboards across Bangalore and autos being painted. This is how @WisprFlow is marketing in Bangalore.

I gave @WisprFlow the real test: the Indian Dad test.
If my dad can use it regularly without losing his patience, the product is genuinely good.
And guess what- he’s loving it so far. Voice has changed how Indians use tech (specifically gemini and AI).
Gamechanging @tankots
i grew up in delhi dreaming of building tech millions of people couldn't live without. today, @wisprflow is officially live in india!
before this launch, i flew to india to answer one question: does wispr flow actually work here?
in the back of an auto with horns blaring. a mumbai gym with punjabi music at full volume. a dhaba with the waiter rattling off the menu faster than you can type.
we went and found out - it worked every single time.
india became our second biggest market on its own. we 3x'd growth in 3 months with no campaigns or partnerships.
people just found wispr flow organically and made it part of their daily life. the least we could do was show up for them properly.
so we're launching wispr flow in india with hinglish & android support. because it's the way i've spoken my whole life. and the way everyone around me still does.
grateful to my co-founder @sahajgarg6, our india lead @findingnimo_, and everyone who made this possible.
