For far too long, the DEA has been practicing medicine without a license and strangling the medical industry with an anti-opioid iron grip. And it's finally becoming acknowledged by the media and in government.
Just think. At this very moment, there are good physicians sitting behind bars for attempting to treat their legitimate patients with appropriate opioid regimens that the DEA (which does NOT hold a medical license) deemed medically unnecessary.

A new bill would finally move drug scheduling decisions from the DEA to health officials.
Each drug would get one rating for risk and a separate one for medical value.
That's real progress. But read who sits on the expert committee: addiction medicine, toxicology, substance-use services.
Still no seat set aside for pain patients.
HHS just admitted yesterday they counted prescriptions. Not patients.
Now they're building the next system… and still not counting us.

ATX NEEDLE EXCHANGE- I confronted the Texas Harm Reduction Alliance, that’s been handing out NEEDLES and GLASS PIPES to drug users in Austin.
Turns out they’ve been receiving $5.8 MILLION in city funding, with their executive director acting completely shocked when I mentioned it.
I then pulled up the receipts, forcing them to admit they have indeed been receiving millions since 2021.
THRA is a “harm reduction” center (similar to the programs in San Francisco and Portland that have led to needles and glass pipes littering the street) they state they don’t use city funding to buy said supplies, however, the city is funding their entire organization and multiple surrounding businesses have complained of the drug users that THRA has attracted to the area.
THRA also states that over the last year alone they’ve “safely disposed” of 36,000+ dirty needles, but refused to respond to my question of where all of these needles came from and how many they distributed vs. cleaned up.
Their “community engagement coordinator”who deemed me a “fascist” then decided to try and follow me to my car after I tried to leave.
Distributing drug paraphernalia to active drug users is illegal per Texas law btw, however, this org has been distributing since 2019.

Last night in Hammersmith, a group of men tried to smash their way into Singh's Dining on Fulham Palace Road. Harman Singh Kapoor's daughter got the shutters down just in time. They gave up minutes before the police arrived.
He doesn't serve halal. He's Sikh, he serves jhatka meat — and that's his business, his menu, his call. Nobody has to eat there.
But someone decided eating elsewhere wasn't enough. Death threats every single day. One named the date: 28 October would be his family's last day. He reported it. He says the Met knew.
So why weren't officers already there on the night they'd been warned about? And how did a mob know to walk away minutes before police turned up? He's asking. So am I because that smells of more than a coincidence.
This is Britain. Not a third world country where a family gets burned out of their shop for refusing to cook something a certain way. You don't like the menu, you don't go. You don't threaten a man's wife and kids. You don't try to put his family on the street.
He's already shut one restaurant after 16 years over this. Now it's followed him down the road.
