Side effect of India's oligarchy is that Starlink doesn't get to run critical comms in remote areas, and that's actually good for our sovereignty. Ukraine gave up nukes for a US protection promise and the US can't even give them unbiased internet.

‼️ UPDATE: Ukraine says the Starlink and Starshield speed cap that hampered its drones is gone. Defence minister Yevhenii Khmara says terminals moving above 400 km/h now hold a stable link, up from a cap of 161 km/h. A day earlier, Zelensky said the limits were still there.

"There are no complete mitigations, updating is the only safe choice," PHP says. Update to PHP 8.5.12, 8.4.27, 8.3.36 or 8.2.35 now. PHP says Apache with mod_php is most at risk, with a demonstrated exploit that fires before any application code runs. PHP 8.1 and older get no official update, though PHP has published source backports for 7.4, 8.0 and 8.1.

i monitored muse subscription usage every minute for 2 hours of use and it just jumped in 2 minutes from 20% usage to 100% usage. Please look into it @alexandr_wang @MetaforDevs @Muse

I have used Chrome TTS but it does not transcribe PDF's in mobile and does not do orignal page text highlighting on desktop. Tyrion does both with a better TTS model. Google Chirp 3 HD is really good but limits dont allow :(

Not sure who needs to hear this but.... A human doesn't "understand" anything. It is a biological network that spews out words based on electrical signals calculated through massive neuron firing and context, not an understanding of the subject matter.
