We probably have 50 Elon Musks in Alabama, Kansas, Nebraska who were racially discriminated against in the 90s and who never got their foot in the door. You cannot even calculate how much DEI racial discrimination has crippled America. The opportunity cost is something like $50 trillion. It's not a coincidence that all of America's major tech figures today (Jensen, Peter Thiel, David Sacks, Elon Musk, etc..) are all foreigners.
