Literally everything is gradually getting worse, but it's become so commonplace and normalized it feels odd to acknowledge or mention it at all. Decline in any form should be rejected and remain noteworthy and unusual. Any and all bullshit should be identified and documented.

Be on the lookout for polishing compound residues on dinnerware plates bowls etc. from Amazon. The stuff will slice your fingers up and is very likely an extreme respiratory hazard never mind the ingestion concerns. To remove it, scrape off under running water. Avoid inhalation.
