We hosted a #webinar on 30 October 2024 entitled: "EIDM Processes: Seeking Transformation for Improved Impacts." According to the discussion's guiding model, specific skill sets were pertinent for evidence-informed decision-making (EIDM) practice. However, the main takeaway from the discussions was that capacity development initiatives shouldn't focus on just one or a small number of skills in any given intervention. We highlighted incredible organisations and participants from all around the continent who demonstrated their innovative approaches to evidence-informed decision-making (EIDM), highlighting the resilience, diversity, and vibrancy of the continent's #evidence ecosystem. By placing young people at the forefront, we also recognised diversity in the #evidence ecosystem, fostering a collaborative future, and recognising the achievements of young and emerging leaders.
