"Stable Volume" option in YouTube. Segment below hijacked from YT video. First half the option was off. In Stats for Nerds "Content Loudness" indicates -15.4dB translating to -29 LUFS and it checks. Notice difference when I flip the switch. -16 LUFS and just shy of full scale.
