دلہ زاک چوک انڈر پاس میں بارشی پانی کے مؤثر انتظام کے لیے اپنی نوعیت کا پہلا اور منفرد نظام متعارف کیا گیا ہے، جو نہ صرف انڈر پاس کو اربن فلڈنگ اور پانی کے جمع ہونے سے محفوظ رکھے گا بلکہ زیرِ زمین پانی کے ذخائر کو بھی ریچارج کرنے میں مدد دے گا۔
انڈر پاس کے دونوں اطراف بڑے سمپ پِٹس تعمیر کیے گئے ہیں، جن میں مجموعی طور پر تقریباً ایک لاکھ گیلن بارشی پانی ذخیرہ کرنے کی گنجائش ہے۔ سمپ پِٹس کو ریچارج ویلز کے ساتھ منسلک کیا گیا ہے، جو جمع شدہ بارشی پانی کو زمین کے اندر موجود گراؤنڈ واٹر ٹیبل تک پہنچائیں گے۔
دلہ زاک چوک انڈر پاس، جدید بارشی پانی مینجمنٹ کی جانب ایک اہم قدم، جہاں ٹریفک کی روانی کے ساتھ ساتھ پانی اور ماحول کے تحفظ کو بھی یقینی بنایا جا رہا ہے۔

عمران خان کی حکومت گرانے کے بعد فوجی اسٹیبلشمنٹ نے دہشت گردوں کو واپس لا کر دوبارہ آباد کیا۔ آج وہی فوجی اسٹیبلشمنٹ، اپنے نام نہاد فیلڈ مارشل کی قیادت میں، خیبر پختونخوا کے مقامی لوگوں کو دھمکیاں دے رہی ہے کہ یا تو دہشت گردوں کو خود نکالو، یا آئی ڈی پیز بن کر علاقے سے نکل جاؤ تاکہ ہم آپریشن کر سکیں، ورنہ یہیں رہو اور فوجی آپریشن میں کولیٹرل ڈیمیج (Collateral Damage) بننے کے لیے تیار رہو۔

What is an area representative council? The people did not elect them, they do not represent the public. Just as the orderly #Form47 Prime Minister is illegitimate, so are these Council members.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif separately chaired the meeting of the Federal Apex Committee and also interacted with the members of Area Representative and Development Council (ARDC) in Peshawar today.
Both sessions were attended by Mr Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Deputy Prime Minister & Foreign Minister, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, NI (M), HJ, Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces (COAS & CDF), Mr Faisal Karim Kundi, the Governor of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Mr Mohsin Naqvi, Federal Interior Minister, Mr Ahad Khan Cheema, Federal Minister of Economic Affairs, Mr Muhammad Aurangzeb, Federal Minister for Finance, Mr Attaullah Tarar, Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Engineer Amir Muqam, Federal Minister for Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit Baltistan, Mr Azam Nazir Tarar, Federal Minister for Law, Mr Ali Pervaiz Malik, Federal Minister for Petroleum, Sardar Awais Ahmad Khan Laghari, Federal Minister for Power, Mr Ahsan Iqbal, Federal Minister for Planning & Development, Rana Sanaullah Khan, Advisor to Prime Minister, members of the Advisory Council as well as the Area Representative and Development Council (ARDC), Commander Peshawar Corps and other senior civil and military officials.
The Apex Committee undertook a comprehensive review of the prevailing situation in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa following the imposition of Emergency and Governor’s Rule in the province. The forum was briefed on provincial affairs, with particular emphasis on governance reforms, institutional accountability, transparency and improved service delivery in departments directly affecting public welfare. The Committee underscored the need for urgent, result-oriented measures to address longstanding governance challenges and improve the lives of the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, particularly those in the merged districts and other terrorism-affected areas.
The Committee reaffirmed the nation’s unwavering resolve to eliminate terrorism in all its forms and manifestations and dismantle terrorist networks, their facilitators and support infrastructure. Forum emphasized that the fight against terrorism was a collective national responsibility requiring sustained coordination among all state institutions, effective intelligence-sharing and robust counter-terrorism measures.
The forum stressed that no effort would be spared in consolidating the gains achieved through the sacrifices of the people, martyrs, and personnel of the Security Forces and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs).
Forum also discussed measures strengthening the operational capacity of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Police, Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) and other LEAs through enhanced professional training, modern equipment, infrastructure, improved intelligence capabilities and seamless inter-agency coordination. The Committee stressed that a robust and professional law enforcement apparatus was essential to maintaining law and order, protecting citizens and ensuring the effective writ of the state throughout the province.
The Prime Minister reaffirmed the Federal Government’s commitment to extending all possible assistance to the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. He underscored that restoring lasting peace, safeguarding the lives and property of citizens, strengthening governance and accelerating socio economic development remained national priorities. He emphasized that the sacrifices made by the people of the province in the fight against terrorism would not go in vain and that the Federal Government would continue to support initiatives aimed at improving public welfare, creating economic opportunities and addressing the legitimate concerns of the people. He announced Rs 160 Billion from Federal Government for بدلتا , نکھرتا , مضبوط KP program.

جہاں ٹکے ٹکے کی نوکریوں اور زمینی خداؤں کی خوشنودی کے لیے ضمیر فروشی ایک عام چلن بن گیا ہے، خیبر پختونخواہ پولیس میں آج بھی ایسے بہادر اور غیرت مند سپوت موجود ہیں جو اپنی حمیت اور روایات کو اپنی زندگی پر مقدم رکھتے ہیں۔ عمران الدین سے نہ کبھی کوئ رابطہ رہا نہ کوئ وابستگی تھی۔ پہلی دفعہ ان کا ذکر سوشل میڈیا پر سُنا جہاں ناصرف انہوں نے میرے گھر کی خواتین کے ساتھ دست درازی سے انکار کیا بلکہ مجسٹریٹ کے سامنے اپنے بیان میں اعتراف کیا کہ میرے رشتہ داروں کے گھر چھاپے کے احکامات آئ ایس آئ کے کرنل کی جانب سے دیے گئے تھے۔ دوسری دفعہ ان کا تذکرہ، دہشت گردوں کے ساتھ مقابلے میں زخمی ہونے کی خبر میں پڑھا۔ متعدد بار ٹارگٹ اور ہر دوسرے دہشت گردی کے واقعے میں اس کی موجودگی کی خبر پڑھنے کو ملی تو کسی کو پیغام بھجوایا کہ جب واضح ہوگیا کہ اس فرض شناس افسر کو ٹارگٹ کیا جا رہا ہے اور مجھے لگ رہا ہے کہ اس رات کے سٹینڈ اور پھر روایات کا پاس رکھنے پر ملنے والی عزت و مقبولیت پر باقی افسران کو پیغام دینے اور میری وجہ سے ٹارگٹ کیا جا رہا ہے تو مجھے اس کی بڑی فکر ہے کیونکہ یہ اتفاق تو نہیں ہوسکتا کہ ہر خبر اس پر حملے سے شروع اور جہاں اس کی موجودگی ہو ادھر ہی دہشت گردی کے واقعات اور مقابلہ ہو، چاہے وہ ہنگو ہو کوہاٹ ہو یا کرک۔
جواباً بتایا گیا کہ ڈی ایس پی عمران الدین سے ہم نے بھی کئی مرتبہ بات کی اسے بھی سمجھ ہے لیکن کہتا ہے کہ کرنے دو ان کو جو کرنا ہے۔ میرے لیے کسی سے بات نہیں کرنی میں مقابلہ کروں گا۔ میں نہیں چاہتا کوئی یہ سمجھے میں ان حملوں سے خوف زدہ ہوگیا ہوں۔
آج بالاخر فارم سنتالیس کے کٹھ پتلی وزیر اعظم نے اقبالِ جرم کیا کہ دہشت گردوں کو واپس لانے کی پالیسی غلط تھی لیکن یہ نہیں بتایا کہ عمران خان نے اس پالیسی کو ابسولٹلی ناٹ کہا تھا اور رجیم چینج کے بعد پہلی ہی سیکورٹی کمیٹی کی میٹنگ میں آرمی چیف اور ڈی جی آئی ایس آئی نے یہ پالیسی سامنے رکھی تو بغیر بحث کے منظوری کرا لی گئ۔ اگلے ہفتے افغانستان وفد بھیجا گیا، جولائی ۲۰۲۲ کے آخری ہفتے پہلی تشکیل ہوئی، دو دفعہ ہم نے نکالا لیکن ہمارے سروں کی قیمت جاری کر کے جرنیلوں اور ان کی کٹھ پتلیوں نے یہ مقتل گاہ سجا دی۔ دہشت گردی کی آڑ میں جنہوں نے پختونخواہ پر قبضہ کیا وہ میڈ اپ دہشت گردی لانے والے ہیں۔ آج ڈی ایس پی عمران الدین کی شہادت کی خبر سُن کر فخر بھی ہوا اور افسوس بھی۔ عاصم منیر کی اس مسلط کردہ میڈ اپ دہشت گردی کا ایندھن اور کتنے گھرانے، کتنے بہادر سپوت بنیں گے اور کتنے بے گناہ ان کی ہوس کی قیمت چکائیں گے، اللہ بہتر جانتا ہے۔

Just like a colonial viceroy the #Form47 military regime’s unelected Governor is issuing sweeping powers to the administration which will weaponize the MPO as it has been, against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf and its workers. #AsimLaw
In view of the prevailing law and order situation, I have delegated powers under Section 3(1) of the West Pakistan Maintenance of Public Order (MPO) Ordinance, 1960, to Deputy Commissioners across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to ensure timely and effective preventive action at the district level, reduce administrative delays and strengthen coordination with law enforcement agencies. However, these powers must be exercised strictly in accordance with the Constitution and the law, I expect all DCs to act responsibly and in close coordination with law enforcement agencies. The powers must never be misused. The peace, security and protection of our people remain my foremost priority
