🎄 On Dec. 24 (Christmas Eve), emergency services from all over #yyc, including @CalgaryPolice, @ahs_ems, the Calgary Fire Department, @calgarytransit & @CityOfCalgary Bylaw Services circled the Alberta Children's Hospital (@ACHFKids) with their lights & sirens activated, as a gesture to give hope to sick children & their parents who could not be home during the holidays.
Many CPS members participated, even on their days off, to show their appreciation to the nurses & staff who are working during the holidays.

With continued heavy hearts and immense sadness, we mourn the loss of another fallen officer. Sergeant Maureen Breau, from the @sureteduquebec, was killed in the line of duty in Louiseville, Quebec.
This officer made the ultimate sacrifice and we share in the profound grief across Canada.
On behalf of the CPS we send our deepest condolences to Sgt. Breau’s family, friends, and our fellow Sûreté du Québec brothers and sisters.
