I just published my 6 part blog series on my adventure into #gatsby and #netlifyCMS. It was super fun to work with these tools and hopefully others can learn from my experience! #LearnInPublic

Really hope that Anthropic's internal cyber security is top notch now that they've public acknowledged they are sitting on thousands zero days / crit vuln... wouldn't want those to fall in the wrong hands. red.anthropic.com/2026/mytho…
Took rslib for a first spin today, was super easy to set up a dual ESM/CJS output. Will deffo replace some of the other tsc based set ups.
I'm calling it today: Always bet on JS, always bet on Rstack tooling
"OpenAI lmnop6.5 ultra watermelon" 😂
"A mess of complex OOPisms, where you have to traverse 18 files just to follow a single behaviour" 🙈
"It’s trained on code that’s already an insult to silicon" 🔫

Frontend build tooling is fun 😅
My colleague @_Sevat and I joined forces to debug a problem caused by transpilation that took us through
- Class inheritance
- Prototype Chain
- Decorators Syntax
- How SWC vs Babel treat decorators
- Initialising values outside of constructors
What a ride!
eslint-interactive by @mizdra is such a a great tool on large legacy codebases with varying linting configs. Being able to introduce a new rule and apply fixes for only the new rule makes reviewing so much easier
Started with the Webpack to @rspack_dev migration.
Not fully complete, but seeing results in line with other large projects.
What I love most so far are the advanced profiling tools like these traces. Can you spot why the HMR is slow 😅?
GH Gist in thread
The default profiling docs are great, see rspack.dev/contribute/develo…
However, my recompilations / watch runs were very slow, so using the tips on the docs, I came up with a specific plugin that profiles the first recompilation only
