Among patients with #SepticShock undergoing surgical source control, intraoperative dobutamine plus norepinephrine reduced new-onset or worsening #AcuteKidneyInjury within 7 days after surgery compared with norepinephrine alone. These findings support consideration of this intraoperative hemodynamic strategy for reducing postoperative kidney injury in this surgical population.
