Wengine wakipost picha ya completed 32 hospitals we unatupostia tractor for a project which we're sure it won't be completed.
We have broken ground on a new Surgical Block at the Homa Bay Teaching and Referral Hospital; a significant investment in the future of healthcare for Homa Bay and the surrounding region.
This facility will expand surgical capacity, relieve pressure on existing wards, improve patient flow, and create a better environment for specialised surgical services, enhancing access to care and reducing the burden of travelling long distances.
The investment includes both infrastructure improvements and support for our healthcare workers who provide these essential services. We extend our sincere gratitude to Cabinet Secretary for Defence Hon. Soipan Tuya, Senator Moses Kajwang', MP Hon. Peter Kaluma, MP Hon. Dr. Eve Obara, the County Assembly leadership for joining us to mark this momentous milestone for Homa Bay.

If you praise a woman for aborting her child because she did what was best for her,
you should also praise a man for abandoning his children because he did what was best for him.

These victories are more than American milestones—progress is contagious. Barriers broken abroad awaken courage at home. As Kenyan women prepare for our coming elections, may this wave remind us: the future belongs to those bold enough to step out & lead with wisdom and hope.

The World Bank says that if Kenyans elect @edwinsifuna as their President in 2027, Kenya's economy could grow by 22% by 2035 if H.E. Sifuna tackles corruption, reduces theft of public funds and ensures public money is spent properly. This could also create up to 7.7 million jobs and reduce the country's debt burden.
We must ensure that @edwinsifuna is President, as endorsed by the World Bank.
