I hear people say that you should show up and perform at your best every day to hit your goals. But this is not realistic.
In reality, motivation fades, fatigue hits & pressure comes. This is when you need reliable systems to fall back on to ensure that your worst days are still of a good standard.
Your floor (systems) matter more than your ceiling (goals).

because he won the democratic primary. hope this helps
I’m shocked at how undemocratic this setup is. Why does Zohran get to be “the Democrat”, but the LIFELONG DEMOCRAT has to be Independant?
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
According to the official NYC 2025 Primary Election results(1), Zohran Mamdani won the Democratic primary against Andrew Cuomo.
Mamdani’s campaign has also been endorsed by multiple organizations, as reported by City & State New York(2).

I am saddened to learn of the passing of former Emperor Sheev Palpatine.
Emperor Palpatine was a devoted public servant, from the halls of the Imperial Senate to many positions of leadership in multiple Imperial administrations. His passing marks the loss of a figure who, with a strong sense of dedication, gave so much of his life to the Empire he loved.
I am saddened to learn of the passing of former Vice President Dick Cheney.
Vice President Cheney was a devoted public servant, from the halls of Congress to many positions of leadership in multiple presidential administrations. His passing marks the loss of a figure who, with a strong sense of dedication, gave so much of his life to the country he loved.
Doug and I are keeping Lynne, their daughters Liz and Mary, and the entire Cheney family in our thoughts during this difficult time.

My total tuition in 2021 was £16,000, which was equivalent to about 8 million naira at the time. I paid the full amount before leaving Nigeria. That same £16,000 is now equivalent to 32 million naira.

I felt so down on my 30th birthday and didn’t want to celebrate it. I planned to go to the beach alone to reflect but plans changed, so I thought I’d just stay in and work. Lo & behold, my team called me for a work emergency & I raced to work… next thing, surprise 😳 balloons everywhere 😅
These people did decorations, cooked 3-course meal overnight 😩 and my guys got me the gifts I wanted. Beyond grateful for life and everyone around me. Can’t do this life thing alone, appreciate the ones that show up. Always.
