I still feel somewhat sorry for K-pop fans who obsessively criticize everything about Korea in an attempt to avoid being accused of being Koreaboos. That's because Koreaboos are often stereotyped and ridiculed as promiscuous women who fetishize Korean men or East Asian men and are willing to sleep with them at the drop of a hat. Their desperate attempts to distance themselves from that stereotype are ultimately another manifestation of internalized misogyny and the I'm not like other girls complex.

kpop stans really want to not be seen as korea boos they will always end up being racist to koreans and supporting hitlerites

For clarity, those "Koreans" (sorry excuses for one) aren't your average Koreans.
They are the so-called "New Right" who are funded by collaborators who still wishes that Korea was occupied by Japan and are lying in wait to sell off the country yet again.
You lack even the basic intellectual capacity to distinguish an entertainment industry from an entire country. The K-pop industry is fundamentally built on commodifying lookism for profit, so how does it make any sense to claim that Koreans imposed beauty standards on poor idols? You wouldn't even support idols who don't fit those so-called "Korean beauty standards" yourselves. Let's be honest
kpop fangirls constantly look for things that allow them to feel morally superior.
Just be content with watching attractive people wear pretty outfits, sing, dance, and entertain their fans. That's all there is to it. The K-pop industry has always been inherently capitalist and lookist, and that's not unique to K-pop. The global entertainment industry as a whole is fundamentally built on those same principles.
You're a MEOVV Anna fan, and you seem to hold some bizarre grudge against Koreans simply because Anna isn't particularly popular with the Korean public. You even display intense hostility toward idols who are more popular among Koreans than Anna is.
If you like Anna, that's all that matters. She's beautiful regardless of whether Koreans approve of her or not. Stop obsessing over other people's lives and start worrying about your own.
I genuinely don't understand why international K-pop fans are so desperate for validation from Koreans.
Sometimes they even fabricate stories about how Koreans supposedly hate or envy their favorite idols. And even when you correct them and point out that Koreans don't actually dislike those idols, they stubbornly insist that their favorites are hated by Koreans anyway.
Honestly exhausting.
Then just stop being K-pop fans.
K-pop is arguably the epitome of capitalism and lookism, an industry that pulls out every trick in the book to squeeze every last penny out of people like you. It's hypocritical to enthusiastically consume an industry like that while criticizing Korean beauty standards. Your oppas are the very people responsible for spreading those beauty standards around the world.

how tf is this racism?? the beauty standard put on idols is unrealistic and pedophilic. people can make fun of it
International K-pop fans who worship feminism and woke values while criticizing Korean beauty standards are the exact same people who viciously mock the appearances of every new girl group whenever they debut, and scrutinize aespa's faces down to the tiniest detail, raising plastic surgery allegations every time they make a comeback.
I think you have at least some vague awareness of your own hypocrisy, which is why you constantly criticize "Korean society" to cover up those contradictions and preserve your sense of moral superiority. Just start by admitting that you're nothing but a bunch of stupid trash.
I think for many of them, criticizing society is something they've only ever encountered through consuming K-pop and discussing Korea-related topics with other fangirls on social media. Honestly following social issues and keeping up with the news is a hobby that requires a fairly high level of intellectual curiosity, and I doubt many K-pop fans naturally have that kind of inclination. That's precisely why they seem to have absolutely no interest in what's happening in their own countries, let alone in any country other than Korea.
I get the impression that engaging in social criticism is something many of them are doing for the first time in their lives through their obsession with K-pop. A large proportion of K-pop fangirls probably come from lower-income, less-educated, younger demographics in developing countries, so naturally, every social issue they come across while obsessively scrutinizing (or even stalking) Korea must seem like some kind of groundbreaking discovery to them. It probably never even occurs to them that these are issues commonly found in developed countries around the world.
