Healthy teacher habits during the school year...
1) Get enough sleep, 7-8 hrs
2) Exercise, move around during the work day as well
3) Drink lots of water
4) Prep your own lunch
5) Meditate
6) Make time for yourself
For many, this is the toughest stretch of the year. #EdChat
