💡 Universal syntax highlighter. In a <textarea> In 2026 (Chrome 152+), you can syntax-highlight different programming languages within the same <textarea> and get decent results Using the 🆕 OpaqueRange web API Works for <textarea>, even <input> Demo: gpu-lexer-textarea.netlify.a…
I trained a small model to do syntax highlighting in the browser with GPU. Meet gpu-lexer from Vercel Labs: Small (27.5KB), fast (runs on WebGPU), and language-agnostic (model guesses the syntax). gpu-lexer.vercel.app It is experimental and built for learning!

We are open sourcing `cn`, a new engine for Tailwind class merging and conflict resolution. It is a drop-in replacement for tailwind-merge and clsx. It works with all frameworks, runs everywhere and is 30x faster. Brought to you by @aidenybai and me. github.com/shadcn-ui/cn

Depth-aware light injection in TypeGPU I got a 448x448 monocular depth model down to ~8 ms on my M4 Pro across ~250 dispatches, which is fast enough to use in realtime :D Since the inference is written directly in TypeGPU, I can just feed the depth buffer straight into the lighting pass. It never has to leave the GPU or go through any extra synchronization/interop step Inference, lighting and draw all go through the same command encoder.

Based on lots of beta feedback, the most requested missing feature of TanStack Table has been Cell Selection and Keyboard Navigation. And now, an official cellSelectionFeature has been added to V9! I originally started out thinking that we could just build an official example, showing you how to implement this stuff yourself, but then after I built it, I thought that it should at least be an official plugin. And then after just a couple hours more of refinement, I just ended up adding it as a stock feature. 😂 There are a couple reasons why this is now a new built-in stock feature: 1. In V9, all features are opt-in, so this doesn't bloat the js bundle for anyone not using it. 2. The keyboard navigation part of this feature is actually not a part of this TanStack Table feature... because that gets handled by TanStack Hotkeys! More on that down below 👇

Debugging a production bug shouldn't mean uninstalling your dev build first. You need to use app variants. App variants give each build its own identity, so dev, preview, and production sit side by side on one phone. One dynamic config reads 𝙰𝙿𝙿_𝚅𝙰𝚁𝙸𝙰𝙽𝚃, each variant gets its own bundle ID and icon, and you tap between them freely. It's the first thing worth setting up on a real project. AI agents are booking travel, signing into websites, and acting on your behalf. That creates a new security problem: until now, letting an agent log in meant exposing your credentials to the model. Today, with @AnthropicAI, we're changing that. 1Password for @claudeai lets Claude use your stored credentials to complete real-world tasks without your passwords or one-time codes ever reaching the model, its memory, or Anthropic's systems. You stay in control and approve which credentials an agent can use. 1Password handles authentication behind the scenes. Available now on Mac for business, family, and individual customers. bit.ly/4bLP5EJ
