SRP says its six reservoirs on the Salt and Verde rivers now collectively at 102% full. Largest reservoir Roosevelt Lake at 106% full. SRP says Roosevelt Dam can safely operate above normal levels thanks to modifications completed by the Bureau of Reclamation in 1996.
