Has President Tinubu really borrowed more than all of Nigeria's past Presidents combined?

The Middle Belt is reclaiming its identity, and the old map is permanently shattering.
For decades, monolithic labels erased the true owners of the land. But the lines are finally clear:
• Nupe Lands belong to the Nupe.
• Gbagyi Lands belong to the Gbagyi.
• Eggon Lands belong to the Eggon.
• Berom Lands belong to the Berom.
• Tiv Lands belong to the Tiv.
• Igala Lands belong to the Igala.
• Jukun Lands belong to the Jukun.
• Marghi Lands belong to the Marghi.
• Zuru Lands belong to the Zuru.
When every indigenous group reclaims its ancestral heritage, the political hegemony built on their silence crumbles. Every man must bear his forefathers' name.
We are not a footnote. We are the Middle Belt! 🇳🇬🔥

IFA was invented by Yorubas. The Fon you mentioned already acknowledged the Ife origin of Ifa by the 19th century, see pic 1,2.
Nothing about Al-raml or Zenati documented binary science corresponds to IFA, that has already been debunked by Anthropologist William Bascom. 3,4.
Yoruba did not invent Ifa. They imported it.
Before you let your emotions take over, calm yourself down. The original name of this system was ʿIlm al-Raml, The Science of Sand. It was developed by Black populations in Aswan and the Nile Valley long before it ever reached West Africa.
The whole framework is pure binary mathematics. It uses a base of 16 figures that multiply out into 256 probabilities. This is what Yoruba people call the 256 Odu.
If you want to know, go and read the historical manuscripts of North African scholars especially that of Shaykh Abdallah al-Zanati.
He documented this binary science centuries ago. Every single one of the 16 primary Odu in Ifa has a direct Arabic mathematical equivalent in Zanati’s records.
The figure the Arabs called Tariq is what the Yoruba call Ogbe. The figure they called Jama'a is what the Yoruba call Oyeku. The mathematical coding is identical. You cannot debate this.
When ancient people migrated from the Nubian corridors and Arab Trans-Saharan trade routes opened up, Islamic scholars and merchants brought this architectural blueprint with them into West Africa.
The Yoruba are genius custodians. They assimilated it brilliantly. They mapped this imported Arab-transmitted science onto their own indigenous cosmology, attributed it to Orunmila, and named it Ifa.
But being a great preserver is not the same as being the originator.
This is why you find the very same system everywhere along those migration routes. The Fon call it Fa. The Ewe call it Afa. In Madagascar it is Sikidy. The medieval Europeans even copied it and translated the Arabic name into Geomancy.
If we have been quiet about this, it does not mean we do not know. History does not care about modern sentiments.
By historical origin and transmission, Ifa is Esin Arabu. The blueprint came from Aswan and arrived through Arab corridors.
Facts don’t lie.
Allah knows best.

The Bitter Truths Igbos Don't Accept.
You destroyed Nigeria’s politics with your clannish rabid and toxic brand of politicking
You destroyed the movie industry with piracy.
You destroyed the beverage industry with fake drinks.
You destroyed healthcare with fake drugs.
You destroyed the IVF process with baby factories.
You destroyed credible examinations with miracle examination centres.
You destroyed legitimate businesses with drug-money-laden funds.
You destroyed Nigeria’s image by being in prisons in every country of the world, including Mars.
Yet you delude yourself that you are the smartest, most hardworking and only developer in heaven and on earth.
This is bad for Nigeria!
You must change for your own good.
I am Adeyinka Abeni Ariya Ogunyomade omo Ogun.
May Nigeria win 🇳🇬🇳🇬🇳🇬
You're welcome. Accurate historical attribution matters. Conflating Arab ethnicity with the broader multi-ethnic Islamic scholarly tradition, or with other independent systems like Ifá, distorts the record for Indians, Persians, Yorubas and others alike.

Hypocrisy of an Overrated 'Prof'
At 26 years....Pat Utomi was already a special assistant to the Shagari govt on economic matters....
They oversaw one of Nigeria worst economic slump in history....
Nigeria was just transiting from the oil boom era under Gowon and Obasanjo that saw the duo wasted Nigeria opportunity to develop on stomach infrastructure....
They invested billions of Naira on frivolities....from the udoji wage bonanza, to monumental cement importation deadlock.., to big brother Africa bonanza to Festac.... Obasanjo and Gowon ate Nigeria future with some public servants....
Like Tinubu.... Shagari inherited a dying economy.....
Instead of embarking on economic reforms like Tinubu.... Shagari continued the business as usual route...
Nigeria was committing billions of dollars to defend the Naira..... Shagari... probably listening to the young Utomi.... choose not to float the Naira... The numerous subsidies introduced by Gowon were retain.... Stomach infrastructures reign supreme...
Borrowing grew by almost 200%.... as Nigeria debt climbed from about N7 billion to over N30 billion.....
The so call "good life " led to massive importation.... exportation fell as the artificial strong Naira " killed export...
Soon the $10 billion reserve Shagari met..disappeared..
Nigeria had no dollar to import basic commodities..... local industries had no dollar to buy machine parts and raw materials...
The shelves were now empty.... people could no longer find essential products to buy even when they had money.... these was not scarcity of fuel.... but food, drugs and others...
Inflation flew from 10% in 1980 to over 35% in 1984....
Shagari was forced to ban importation of some specific goods to conserve dollars...
nigeria was just roughly a nation of about 60 million people....
Tinubu is shoving through same crisis without the disastrous approach of Shagari for a population over 4 times of what Shagari managed...
Naira was artificially stronger than the dollar in the Shagari economic disaster...
So the idea that a Naira with value below N500 to a dollar means comfortable life is lame...
Pat Utomi was part of the Shagari disaster... it was the most hated IBB SAP which devalued the Naira.... that resurrected Nigeria economy from death
The internet is awash with numerous videos of Pat Utomi eulogizing Tinubu in the past....probably he may have fell out with Tinubu over his attempt to reinvent the Shagari economic harakiri under Tinubu...
Unfortunately he is positioning himself as Obi economic minister in a bid to punish this generation as he did with the past....
For those who thinks Utomi is actually brilliant..... They are the reason why the Urhobos say...
It is better to born a thief than to born a mumu....
Proverbs are not for kids....

Before 1967, the Federal Capital Territory (Lagos) was just 27 sq miles, while Lagos State today covers 1, 381 sq miles!
Ikeja, developed by the Western Region govt, is now a major draw for Nigerians migrating to Lagos State due to its industrial estate, established by Awolowo.
