After the download is complete, it is converted to .exfat format. After this conversion, the old .pkg file is automatically deleted. You only need to save the game to your device using Shadowmount. We could have taken the easy way out with a computer-assisted solution, but not everyone has a computer or similar resources. When we do something, we consider everyone and make the right decisions.
