Ashley St. Clair makes serious allegations about Elon Musk in the new documentary.
She discusses a proposed confidentiality agreement involving their child. The film presents a purported conversation involving Jared Birchall and documents describing $15 million upfront plus $100,000 per month.
Elon has publicly denied the reported $40 million NDA offer.
So what's the truth? Are these documents authentic? What evidence supports the allegations, and what has Elon actually said?
We're examining the claims, questioning the narrative and giving Elon the fair hearing he deserves.

🚨 O BANCO QUE QUEBROU NO PARAGUAI, E ADIVINHA QUEM APARECE NESSA HISTÓRIA? EDUARDO BOLSONARO!

The Paraguay banking collapse wasn’t a local accident. It is a pattern repeated across the Global South under the watchful eye of the US empire.
Look at Kabul Bank in Afghanistan, 2010. It collapsed under US watch. An inquiry found that more than 90% of its loan portfolio benefited just 19 individuals and companies—many linked to the bank’s shareholders. The hole was roughly US$900 million.
The warning sign was exactly the same as in Paraguay: massive, risky loans benefiting the politically connected elite.
This is the material reality of the neoliberal banking model in the periphery.
The comprador elite takes over a bank.
They issue fraudulent loans to themselves and their cronies.
They loot the deposits of the working class and public pension funds.
When the scheme collapses, the bank freezes the people’s money and the state is forced to bail it out.
In Afghanistan, the US military and USAID literally funneled salaries into this corrupt system. In Paraguay, Washington backed Peña as a key ally.
They call it “development.” It is a structural pump-and-dump scheme. The empire uses these banks to extract wealth from the periphery, enrich its local clients, and trap the working class in debt.
When the banks fail, the elites flee and the people are left with nothing.

Accountability is not revenge—it’s upholding the rule of law. If Democrats fail to hold this administration accountable for extrajudicial killings in the Caribbean, deaths of U.S. citizens, and corruption, they will lose my support. No one is above the law. Silence is complicity.

Potential traitorous criminality, insider trading, pardon payoffs, foreign money payoffs, crypto fraud, piggybacking trades, and/or self-dealing committed by Trump, his family, his inner circle and associated people MUST be prosecuted in order to restore the Rule of Law to America and restore trust again in the judicial system.
Make them all pay. THIS is what they all fear, because many around Trump are likely in on the $Grift...and it's not a stretch to believe that Miller or even other Cabinet members have joined the Party$.
America cannot let so many Trump traitors/grifters get away with stealing $millions, if not $billions from the People, and corrupting the integrity of the US free and fair markets. This wasn't petty theft, folks...this was Grand Larceny on a staggering scale.
If crimes were committed, give the people involved with those crimes, both criminals and accomplices, 30 days to come to the proper bipartisan authority (be careful with a likely compromised Trump DOJ, FBI) and admit their guilt/wrongdoing and provide valuable information of what took place and who else is involved…and offer potential reduced penalties and/sentences for stepping forward in advance.
No one shall be Above the Law, including all Americans regardless of political affiliation.

It's not about, "getting even", as Jeffries thinks. It's about accountability. Maybe we'd do well to get to the bottom of his Kushner relationship.
