the perfect nuance we all miss in these crazy times
People on this platform routinely misrepresent my views on COVID policy so just for the record here are my views, which are pretty nuanced and about as middle-of-the-road as it gets.
Probably like 50% of graphic design is just aligning stuff, creatively.

As a journalist, I spend a lot of time asking people to be vulnerable in front of the world. So, for a change, I tried to do the same. Here's a piece about me and my mother and my mother's mother and mental illness and the pandemic. apublicspace.org/news/detail…

Makes me really love my job when I get the chance to spend a few hours of my week helping out talented colleagues craft important personal beautiful messages like this. Go watch 💙
The FedEx massacre in Indiana is a reminder that since 9/11, Sikhs in America have become targets of white supremacist hate. Our turbans make us a target; but I wear mine as a way to stand up for freedom. It's the most American thing I can do. youtube.com/watch?v=ewCUWAO_…

Anxiety shows up in all shapes and sizes. For me it frequently shows up because I’m uncomfortable or in pain and need to say something or I’ll explode. But of course it also shows up because I said it and immediately think I sound insane.

Really can’t win. I am well aware anxiety consumes more time and energy than it ever deserves and still it’s hard to shake. In a pandemic world where can it even go really?

I’m waiting for the moment I am resolute enough to stay behind my own feelings without questioning them the second after they are voiced. Maybe in that moment anxiety gets beaten for a minute.
