It's called comparative advantage & principle of specialization.
The worst part is that the younger generation lacks wisdom (what to ask), so if they steer clear, experienced people (who historically recruited younger grads) will just steer clear of them and use AI, since they know what to ask.

FWIW, I am happy with @SorayaMartinezF @pinardvelo and have ZERO sense of expectations from our recently elected @PaulPlamondon but as I said to Quebec Inc. and the sycophants in the media, allez vous faire foutre if you are going to have a sense of entitlement at this juncture.

I met @TonyMarinaro 20+ years ago (great @genesimmons story, btw) when he and I were on local radio (at the time, a top show there got 15K viewers, now? 5K at best, but I digress).
He quit his job to pursue his passion, I was doing a side hustle before podcasting was a thing, parlaying the sports business I was writing into audio programming.
I left to start @WatchMojo, he left later on to do his own thing. He's now crushing it with @thesickpodcasts
He was one of the first believers in the Peanut Project, and I joined him and @erichoziel to discuss Montreal, Quebec Inc., @Montreal_Expos, @MLB Expansion process, @cfmontreal, @MTLAlouettes & more (mainly @SeinfeldTV).
Incidentally, Eric was on Lance et Compte, his reaction when I told him I was adapting the Peanut Project into many projects including The Restoration (fka Elle Set Partie: The Return) with Rejean Tremblay was worth the price of admission alone.
