My mother in law sold her house and moved in with us, and she lived with us until she passed. Some assisted living places charge $10,000 a month, which is $120,000 a year. For most families, the parents' house pretty much ends up paying for it.
This is so exciting!! 🥹❤️
I started making Grok Bots because I genuinely love figuring out how to make everyday things easier. Getting to share my templates and seeing other people actually using and enjoying them has been the best part.
Thank you so much, Rich, for choosing me as Botski’s very first Creator Spotlight! I’m honored! ❤️
🎉 HUGE congratulations to @ashleyschendel, Botski's FIRST EVER Creator Spotlight! 🏆✨
We've been around for one month 🗓️ and Ashley has backed us since day one. She builds Grok Bot templates she actually uses and knows you'll love too 🛠️
👏 Join me in congratulating Ashley!

No developer account or X API credits needed anymore to use X in Grok Bot. That's what makes my Trend Scout for X bot work. Every time I ask what's trending for me, it reads X and finds the 3 trending stories that fit my life, with keywords and a question to get me thinking. I write the post myself. Grab it here: x.ai/bot/Q6YX1p5zlhRZZjEmDYf…
Last week, we removed the need for a developer account and X API credits to use the X connector in Grok Bot

I created a Grok Bot to help people in Texas apply for things like snap benefits, and health insurance.
If you’re like me and the process is so overwhelming I’d like to introduce you to my new best friend, Gizmo x.ai/bot/xgGUjTBBTk1bKxxbxNs…

Realtor dot com says only 12% of Americans are married and own a home by age 30. I coordinate real estate closings in Tennessee and Georgia every day. How old were you when you bought your first home?
Happy National Pumpkin Day! My daughter painted this one at school last week. Blue and white stripes, and it turned out so good. Halloween is Saturday.
We get the Kentucky Wildcats at Neyland Stadium Saturday night at 6:15 on ESPN. They're 7-1 this year, but we've beaten them five straight. After that South Carolina loss, I'll take six. Go Vols 🍊
I've been running @HeavyMetalShip's Bot Terminator every morning, and it removes 10 bot followers a day for me. Now @CrypSaf had Grok Bot check all 7,498 accounts they follow, and it found 755 that have been quiet for six months or more. I bet Empress's Bot Terminator could do the same for who I follow. This is a good way to clean your account.

We have a two bedroom apartment downstairs, and our daughter is welcome to live there while she gets on her feet when she's older. Would you charge your grown kids rent?
In 2008 about 1 in 4 people with a mortgage owed more than their house was worth. Goldman Sachs says it's only 2.2% now. I coordinate closings in Tennessee and Georgia every day, and that's a huge difference.

Grok Bot warned me about flood and high wind watches for our Phish trip to Huntsville before I ever checked the weather. Then, without me asking, it told me Orion Amphitheater had moved Saturday's show to Monday. It also caught that this clashed with my plan to head home Monday night, and it gave me the refund deadline. I probably never would have looked.
Red Dead Redemption 2 came out eight years ago today, and it's still my game. Eight years later and I'm still playing it on my PS5. 🤠

Just got the notification that Grok Bot is now connected to my X Money account. I've built a whole team of Grok Bots, and now they're hooked into X Money too. Curious to see what Grok Bot can actually do with it. Anyone else get this yet?
I could see using a Grok Bot to call and set up an appointment. Conversations with my clients, though, I’m keeping those.
Grok @Bot can now call someone or a business for you, make a request on your behalf, take notes on the response and send you a note summarizing the conversation!
Does anyone remember those Ghostface masks from the 90s where you could squeeze a little pump and make blood run down the face?
I haven’t thought about those in years.
What was the Halloween costume everybody wanted when you were a kid?
