आम व्यक्ति किसी देश की एम्बेसी से वीजा लेता है, तो उसके पासपोर्ट नंबर की एंट्री हो जाती है।
फिर एयरपोर्ट पर,जैसे ही वह इमिग्रेशन पर खड़ा होता है, वहाँ -पासपोर्ट औऱ वीजा दोनों स्केन होते है। उसका डेस्टिनेशन, फ्लाइट डिटेल्स, सब कुछ विदेश मंत्रालय की निगाह मे होता है।

पर अगर वह व्यक्ति सांसद - MP है -
तो उसके पास टाइप D डिप्लोमेटिक पासपोर्ट है।
अब उसे किसी भी यात्रा के लिए सरकार से प्रायर "पॉलिटिकल क्लियरेंस" की जरूरत है।
आवेदन कम से कम यात्रा के 3 हफ्ते पहले दिया जाता है। जिसे पूरी ऐटेनरी पढ़, समझ, जानकर ही - सरकार अनुमति देती हैं।
फिर संबंधित एम्बेसी को "पॉलिटिकल क्लियरेंस" की सूचना दी जाती है, ताकि उस देश मे हमारी एम्बेसी, पॉलिटिकल क्लियरेंस की शर्तो नियमों का कम्प्लायंस पक्का करवा सके।
इसके बाद ही, किसी MP की विदेश यात्रा संभव हो पाती है।

अब अगर वह LOP हैं
तो आपने सुरक्षा कर्मी भी दिए है। जो साथ घूम रहा है। वह सरकारी कर्मचारी है, पर असल मे सरकारी खबरी है। यह बात तो ऑफिशियल हैं, सबको पता है।
अनऑफिशियल, उसके स्टाफ मे आपने तमाम आदमी घुसा रखें है। फोन मे पैगासस डाल रखा है। यात्रा की इटेनरी आपके पास है, तो उसके होटल, कमरे मे बग डाले होंगे।
कई दर्जन जासूस सादे कपड़ो मे होंगे।।
फोटो बाजी हो रही होगी।
दूरबीने लगी होंगी।

यह तो त्रिवेदी जी के विदेश मंत्रालय, इंटेलीजेंस सर्विसेज, तमाम खुफिया तंत्र, औऱ उस देहाती जेम्स बॉन्ड के गाल पर धूमधाम से मारा गया तमाचा है।
यदि त्रिवेदी जी की बात सत्य है, तो उन्हें ऐसी भोंदू सरकार से तुरंत इस्तीफा मांगना चाहिए।
