「Fuzzy」が大量の16進数（ヘックス）を投下し、秘密に満ちた部屋を提示した。私は隅々まで拡大し、過去の投稿を掘り起こし、城の様子を確認した。そこで見つけた20の発見を紹介しよう。👇
1. 暗号
「54 34 E4 14 25 54 65 54 35 25 54 05 02 64 F4 02 35 25 14 54 95 02 43 13」。これを通常の16進数として読み解こうとしても意味をなさない。しかし、各ペアの2桁を入れ替え、全体を逆から読み直すと、「14 YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE（14年間の忍耐）」という言葉が浮かび上がる。XRPレジャー（XRP Ledger）が稼働を開始したのは2012年。つまり14年前のことだ。さらに「Fuzzy」は、XRPレジャーの誕生日である6月2日に「HBD（誕生日おめでとう）」と投稿していた。
2. 「鏡」が示すヒント
部屋には大きな鏡が置かれている。「Fuzzy」の世界では、物事は「逆」に表現されるようだ。「sraebyzzuF」という表記や、「321yugelbaraeb」という文字列は、それぞれ「Fuzzybear」と「bearableguy123」を逆から綴ったものになっている。
3. 2020年に始まったこと
この暗号は新しいものではない。2020年12月23日、「bearableguy123」がその前半部分である「54 34 E4 14 25 54 65 54 35 25 54 05」を投稿していた。同じ手法を適用すると、「PERSEVERANCE（忍耐）」と読める。それから約6年を経て、ついにその文章が完成したというわけだ。
4. 6年後の同じ部屋
ストライプ模様の天井、剣を持ち、同じくストライプの尻尾を生やした騎士、壁の穴から伸びる手、そして窓――すべてが同じだ。2020年当時、そこには椅子の上に立ち、大理石の塊を彫刻しているクマの姿があった。今日、ブロックが完成し、「589」という数字が表示されました。
5. 鍵が手に取られた
2020年、鍵の束は床に落ちていました。今日、その鍵は鎧をまとった「ファジー（Fuzzy）」の手に握られており、そのうちの1本がXRPのロゴと共に緑色に輝いています。
6. 13日周期の時計
1月以降の「ファジー」に関するパズル投稿を並べてみると、13日周期のリズムが浮かび上がります。1月23日から今日まで、ちょうど13日周期が22回繰り返されました。まさに、その日その日なのです。
7. マントに刻まれた「22」
「ファジー」の緑色のマントをよく見てください。うっすらと「22」という数字がいくつも描かれています。今日は22回目のサイクルにあたります。つまり、ずっと最初から彼自身に記されていたのです。
8. 1:23
春以降、パズル投稿はすべて東部標準時の午後1時23分（1:23）に行われてきました。「1:23」……そう、「bearableguy123」という名前を彷彿とさせます。このリズムが続くなら、次回以降の投稿日は11月18日（水）、12月1日（火）、12月14日（月）、そして12月27日（日）となります。📅
9. 「木曜日（THURSDAYS）」
鏡の中にはハートが描かれており、そこに「THURSDAYS（木曜日）」と書かれたバナーが添えられています。今日は木曜日です。ちなみに2026年には、感謝祭（サンクスギビング）、クリスマスイブ、そして大晦日のすべてが木曜日に重なります。
10. 饗宴の訪れ
青い天井の梁には、古フランス語で『薔薇物語（Roman de la Rose）』の一節が記されています。「空は青いマントをまとい、饗宴を開こうとしている」。xrp.cafe における「ファジーバース（Fuzzyverse）」のミント（発行）期間は、11月26日――感謝祭の日に終了する設定になっていました。ハートは、言葉にせずとも「感謝」を伝えているのです。🦃
11. 5,890の城、フェーズ1
現時点では、すべての「ファジーバース」NFTは「キャッスル・パーシビア（Castle Persevere）」のフェーズ1という同じ状態です。そして、これらはすべて「可変（ミュータブル）」です。アートや特性（トレイト）は、ブロックチェーン上で変化し得るのです。
12. 門と窓
それぞれの特性（トレイト）は、コード（暗号）になっています。 「門（Gate）」はROT13暗号で「決して施錠されず、ただノックされるのみ」を意味する。窓はアトバシュ暗号で「外は暗く、内は明るい」を意味する。
13. 看板と盾
看板にはモールス信号で「PERFER ET OBDURA（ラテン語で『忍耐し、耐え抜け』の意）」と記されている。左の盾には「かつては羽、今は毛皮（ONCE FEATHERS NOW FUR）」と綴られている。右の盾を逆から読むと「終わりは、始まりに過ぎない」。これは、時計が動き出した1月23日にFuzzyが投稿した言葉そのままである。色（カラーコード）は16進数で「Genesis（創世）・XRP・Speed（速度）」を表している。
14. 3、2、1
壁にはカウントダウンが光っている。現在はフェーズ1。全4フェーズ。残る木曜日は3回――感謝祭、クリスマスイブ、そして大晦日だろうか？ ⏳
15. 8つの鍵、1つのクオラム（定足数）
「589」という数字の「8」には2つの鍵穴があり、その周囲のリングには「OCTO SERAE · OCTO CLAVES · OCTO CVSTODES」と刻まれている。8つの錠、8つの鍵、8人の守護者。その内側には「VNA CLAVIS NIHIL APERIT · OMNES SIMVL... QVORVM（1つの鍵では何も開かない。全員が揃って初めて……クオラムとなる）」とある。これはXRPLのマルチシグ（複数署名）の仕組みを指しており、最大8人の署名者で開始されたものだ。Fuzzyによるマルチシグでの購入を覚えているだろうか？ 🔑
16. 来たれ、友よ
鏡の中の石に記された言葉を反転させると、テニソンの詩『ユリシーズ』の一節が現れる。「来たれ、友よ。新しい世界を探し求めるには、まだ遅くはない……努力し、探し求め、見つけ出し、そして屈することはないのだ」。光る右側の壁には、ラテン語で「MEI AMICI · VIRIDE ITE（友よ、緑へ向かえ）」と応えが記されている。💚
17. フードを被った人物が一人消えた
2020年には、フードを被った人物が2人いた。BGは2021年4月、「Four Six &...」という言葉と共に彼らの元へ戻ってきた。今日、残っているのは左下の1人だけで、その人物は今も笏（しゃく）を手にしている。そして、「9」の中にあるブラックホールには、誰かが頭から飛び込んでいる。足は空を向き、その足先は燃えている。欠けていたもの？🔥
18. グリッチする王
「589」の隣には、王冠を被った王が描かれている。その姿はグリッチ（バグ）を起こして緑色の「3」へと分解されつつあり、ベルトには「XRP」の文字が。手には「X」印が記された、丸められた地図が握られている。王の顔に注目してほしい。デビッド・シュワルツ（David Schwartz）にそっくりではないか。ちなみに、2020年に王が立っていた窓には、今や逆さまにぶら下がった人物の姿がある。🧙♂️
19. 金庫と断片
棚には3つのガラス瓶が置かれている。2つは空だが、もう1つにはコインが詰まっており、「XIX」と記されている。つまり「19」だ。カウントダウンの背後の壁には、ウォレットアドレスの断片のように見える、かすれた文字列が確認できる。そして右側には、半分隠れるように「ANTE FINEM ANNI」の文字が――「年の終わりまでに」という意味だ。
20. 忘れるな、忘れるな
今日は11月5日。1年前の今夜、Fuzzyは映画『Vフォー・ヴェンデッタ』のセリフを投稿した。「この仮面の下にあるのは、ひとつの『考え』だ……そして『考え』は銃弾を通さない」。また、映画『バック・トゥ・ザ・フューチャー』において、1955年11月5日はドク・ブラウンが……
🐻🔐 FUZZY DECODE: 14 YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE
Fuzzy dropped a wall of hex and a room full of secrets. I zoomed in on every corner, dug through the old posts and checked the castles. Here are 20 findings. 👇
1. The code
54 34 E4 14 25 54 65 54 35 25 54 05 02 64 F4 02 35 25 14 54 95 02 43 13. Read it as normal hex and it's nonsense. Swap the two digits in every pair, read it backwards, and it says: 14 YEARS OF PERSEVERANCE. The XRP Ledger went live in 2012. 14 years ago. Fuzzy even posted "HBD." on June 2, the ledger's birthday.
2. The mirror is the instruction
A big mirror stands in the room. Backwards is how the Fuzzy world speaks. sraebyzzuF. And 321yugelbaraeb is bearableguy123 in reverse.
3. It started in 2020
This code isn't new. On December 23, 2020, bearableguy123 posted the first half: 54 34 E4 14 25 54 65 54 35 25 54 05. Same trick, and it reads PERSEVERANCE. Almost six years later, the sentence is finished.
4. Same room, six years later
Same striped ceiling. Same knight with the sword and the striped tail. Same hand reaching through the hole in the wall. Same window. In 2020 the bear stood on a stool chiseling a block of marble. Today the block is finished, and it says 589.
5. The keys got picked up
In 2020 the ring of keys was lying on the floor. Today it's in the armored Fuzzy's hand, with one key glowing green with the XRP logo.
6. The 13 day clock
Line up Fuzzy's puzzle posts since January and they land on a 13 day rhythm. January 23 to today is exactly 22 cycles of 13 days. To the day.
7. The 22s on the cape
Look closely at Fuzzy's green cape. It's covered in faint 22s. Today is the 22nd cycle. It was written on him the whole time.
8. 1:23
Since spring, every puzzle post has gone out at 1:23 PM Eastern. 1:23. As in bearableguy123. If the rhythm holds, the next ones land on Wednesday Nov 18, Tuesday Dec 1, Monday Dec 14 and Sunday Dec 27. 📅
9. THURSDAYS
Inside the mirror there's a heart with a banner that says THURSDAYS. Today is Thursday. And in 2026, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve all fall on Thursdays.
10. A feast is coming
The blue ceiling beam carries Old French from the Roman de la Rose: the sky puts on its blue cloak to throw a feast. The Fuzzyverse mint window on xrp.cafe was set to close on November 26. Thanksgiving. The heart says thanks without saying it. 🦃
11. 5,890 castles, Phase 1
Every Fuzzyverse NFT is the same right now: Castle Persevere, Phase 1. And every one of them is mutable. The art and traits can change on chain.
12. The gate and the windows
The traits are codes. The Gate is ROT13 for "Never locked, only knocked." The Windows are Atbash for "Dark without, lit within."
13. The sign and the shields
The Sign is Morse for PERFER ET OBDURA, Latin for "be patient and endure." The Left Shield spells "ONCE FEATHERS NOW FUR." The Right Shield, read backwards: "The end is just the beginning." The exact line Fuzzy posted on January 23, the day the clock started. The Colors are hex for "Genesis · XRP · Speed."
14. 3, 2, 1
A countdown glows on the wall. We're in Phase 1. Four phases. Three Thursdays left: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve? ⏳
15. Eight keys, one quorum
The 8 in the 589 has two keyholes, and the rings read: OCTO SERAE · OCTO CLAVES · OCTO CVSTODES. Eight locks, eight keys, eight guardians. Inside: VNA CLAVIS NIHIL APERIT · OMNES SIMVL... QVORVM. One key opens nothing. All together, quorum. That's XRPL multi-sign, which launched with a maximum of 8 signers. Remember the FUZZY multisig buy? 🔑
16. Come, my friends
The stone in the mirror, flipped, is Tennyson's Ulysses: "Come, my friends, 'Tis not too late to seek a newer world... To strive, to seek, to find, and not to yield." The glowing right wall answers in Latin: MEI AMICI · VIRIDE ITE. My friends, go green. 💚
17. One hooded figure is gone
In 2020 there were two hooded figures. BG came back to them in April 2021 with "Four Six &...". Today only one is left, bottom left, still holding the scepter. And someone is diving head first into the black hole in the 9, legs in the air, feet on fire. The missing one? 🔥
18. The glitching king
Next to the 589, a crowned king is glitching apart into green 3s, XRP on his belt, holding out a rolled up map marked with an X. Look at the face. It looks a lot like David Schwartz. And the window where a king stood in 2020 now has a figure hanging upside down in it. 🧙♂️
19. Vaults and fragments
Three glass jars on the shelf. Two empty, one full of coins and marked XIX. Nineteen. On the wall behind the countdown, faded pieces of text that look like fragments of wallet addresses. And half hidden on the right: ANTE FINEM ANNI. Before the end of the year.
20. Remember, remember
Today is the 5th of November. One year ago tonight, Fuzzy posted a V for Vendetta line: "Beneath this mask there is an idea... and ideas are bulletproof." And in Back to the Future, November 5, 1955 is the day Doc Brown came up with the flux capacitor. The thing that makes time travel possible. Timing is everything. ⚡
So what is Fuzzy telling us?
A sentence started in 2020 is finally finished. A clock that has ticked every 13 days since January. 5,890 castles built to change. Three Thursdays left. And a deadline: before the end of the year.
