Watermarks are applied, but I strive to make them blend in as much as possible to avoid disrupting the atmosphere of the photos.
Then you can tell the driver there’s a railroad crossing ahead. Or all autonomous vehicles stop at RR crossings just like school buses. Then you release control at the crossing to driver, acknowledgment, and action only. This is not rocket science.

turn all DC office real estate into federal employee housing. Maybe build complete new walkable neighborhoods. Then they can all work at home & still be right in DC at their old work locations with no travel time. win win
