Europe continues to boycott Russian hockey: Three countries refuse to play Russia at the 2027 World Championship
Norway, Finland and Latvia have announced that their national teams will not take to the ice against the team representing the aggressor state at the 2027 Ice Hockey World Championship. Other participating countries are likely to join the boycott. Russian sport is becoming increasingly isolated internationally.
By invading an independent country, Putin has turned Russia into an international pariah, even in the world of sport. The Kremlin is trying to bribe officials of international sports organizations to secure the return of Russian athletes to the global sporting arena.

Five countries have refused to play against Russia in the 2027 World Hockey Championship. Sweden, Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Latvia have stated that they will not take to the ice against the Russian national team if it is allowed to participate in the tournament in Germany.
Representatives of the national ice hockey federations announced this.

Democrat Nancy Lacore, a 35-year Navy veteran who rose through the ranks from helicopter pilot to become Chief of Navy Reserve, was fired in August of 2025 amid Hegseth's purging of high-ranking women in the military. While no official reason was given, the deeply misogynistic Hegseth has not been coy about his caveman belief that only testosterone-injecting men should serve.
Lacore has now defeated Republican Jenny Costa Honeycutt to seize a seat that was formerly held by MAGA lunatic Nancy Mace who launched a failed bid for the governor's mansion this year.
Lacore has not been shy about criticizing Hegseth's disastrous mismanagement of the Defense Department, particularly his failed Iran War.
"Pete Hegseth is the most unqualified Secretary of Defense that we have ever had, and he is doing significant damage to our military that it will really take decades to undo," she said, adding that he "needs to go."
The most beautiful irony here? Congresswoman Lacore could soon be voting with the rest of the Democratic majority in the House to impeach Pete Hegseth. We have subpoena power starting in January, so we'll be able to uncover all of the gross negligence and rampant criminality that he's overseen.

Her father sided with russia. She escaped occupied Crimea — and now builds drones for the Ukrainian military.
Meet Polina Kustariova, 21, from Kerch, occupied Crimea.
She was just nine when russia occupied her hometown. Her father, a former Ukrainian serviceman, joined the russian side. Her family supported the occupation. But Polina never abandoned Ukraine.
She secretly learned Ukrainian, waited until she turned 18, and escaped. Her journey through Kazakhstan, Turkey and Moldova took months. Even proving her Ukrainian citizenship was a struggle.
In December 2025, she finally reached Kyiv.
Her first message to her mother, sent with a photo from Maidan Square, said it all:
“Mom, I'm in Ukraine. You can start freaking out now.”
Today, Polina works as a drone engineer and instructor, building UAVs for Ukraine’s Armed Forces. She is also preparing to join the military.
Her dream is to return to Kerch — not as she left it, but carrying the Ukrainian flag.
She had to fight her way home. Now she is helping Ukraine fight for its freedom.

France is showing the world what real accountability looks like. Paris prosecutors have launched a major criminal investigation into Elon Musk’s X, raided its Paris offices and summoned Musk and former CEO Linda Yaccarino for questioning.
The allegations are staggering, political manipulation through algorithms, child sexual abuse material, sexually explicit deepfakes generated by Grok without consent, Holocaust denial, unlawful data extraction and election interference.
While Musk parades around pretending to be a defender of free speech, his platform faces allegations involving the exploitation of children, the sexual abuse of women through AI-generated imagery, the manipulation of political discourse and threats to democratic elections.
Bravo, France! This is what standing up to billionaire arrogance looks like. Democracy is not a billionaire's personal playground, social media platforms are not above the law, and Elon Musk does not get to buy himself immunity from accountability. France is making it clear that the rule of law still matters, and the rest of the democratic world should be paying attention.
