fun sett development tidbit: when we were working on Sett, me and @ApologyMan and @gcyoshi13 decided to use -15 as a starting point for power hand haymaker's frame advantage because we thought making it this image was very funny (it didn't stick)

Can we nerf Sett? He's clearly too broken in a BO3 format. If he win's on point and you get the Sett win screen, it always makes me sweaty and nervous, affecting my play for the rest of the set. I'm not too optimistic about the health of the game if this is the patch we end on.
