Seed oils are the hidden toxins that most still don't know about. Worse than heavy drinking, moderate smoking, and sugar. See article link for receipts. jeffnobbs.com/posts/death-byโ€ฆ

Breast cancer cells are LOADED with insulin receptors. That's important to know for preventing/treating it. Why? Read on... In 159 breast tumors, insulin receptor content was more than 6 times higher than in normal breast tissue. And the receptors worked: they bound insulin and switched on. Many cancer cells favor a form of the insulin receptor (IR-A) that acts mainly as a growth signal, not a sugar-handling one. Insulin tells these cells to grow. So what happens when insulin runs high? 512 women with early breast cancer had fasting insulin checked. Highest vs lowest quarter: 2x the distant recurrence, 3.1x the death rate. In the Women's Health Initiative, researchers measured insulin in about 1,650 postmenopausal women drawn from a cohort of 93,676. In women not on hormone therapy, the top quarter of insulin had 2.4x the breast cancer risk. And the obesity link mostly faded once insulin was accounted for. Few doctors check fasting insulin. Fewer still know that Low-carb/Keto/Carnivore is the most direct way to bring it down. I've made videos on this (see below). If high insulin goes with more breast cancer AND worse outcomes, why isn't fasting insulin part of every breast cancer workup? Studies and my videos below... โ€“ at Tennessee, USA

I diagnose the early cancers every day as a radiologist, really sad to see. Breast and rectal cancer are the most common in early 20s and 30s. Stop ๐Ÿ›‘ eating this toxic shit!!

The oil doesn't stay in the bottle, and it doesn't stay in the bloodstream either. It ends up in a person's fat tissue. Over the last half century, the linoleic acid content of Americans' body fat rose by 136%, and it tracked the rise in seed oil intake. What fat cells are built from affects how they behave, and I think seed oils push fat cells to grow bigger rather than adding new ones. Bigger fat cells are the ones that become insulin resistant and inflamed, so cutting seed oils changes what a person's body is made of.
Seed oils were sold as paint for a century before they were sold as food, and they do in you what they do on a window frame. Linseed oil hardens on a fence post in a few days. Chemists call it a drying oil. Soybean oil hardens too. So does sunflower, so does safflower. They were sold to the paint trade before they were sold to the kitchen. Linoleum was invented in 1860 and it is named after linseed oil, because that is what it is, oxidised and pressed into a floor. The oil does not dry by evaporating. It dries by oxygen attacking the double bonds in its fats and welding them into a hard skin. The oil in your chip pan and the oil in your body carry the same double bonds, so the same attack runs there, with aldehydes thrown off as it goes. A painter calls that curing. A biochemist calls it lipid peroxidation. A doctor calls it inflammation and prescribes something for it. Once the oil is in your fat, it stays about two years, drying from the inside, every time it meets oxygen or sunlight. Butter never dried a fence post. Tallow never varnished a boat. Saturated fat has no double bond for oxygen to attack, which is why it sits in the pan for a week and why it sat in your great-grandmother's cells for a lifetime. A fat that sets hard in the air was never a candidate for the inside of an artery. The flooring industry understood the chemistry in 1860. The heart charity recommended it in April.

An Israeli company just put โ€œ3D-printed steakโ€ on shelves in the Northeast. Itโ€™s called Perfecta. It is not meat. It is not cultivated meat. It is soy and wheat protein paste, oils, and binders, run through a machine that layers two different pastes to fake muscle and marbling. They call the process Fused Paste Layering. The printer builds the shape. The ingredients are still ultra-processed plant material. Real steak comes from a cow. This comes from a nozzle. Same marketing. Different source.
