Ordered 3 products from Zepto Delivery guy arrived with only 2...
When I asked about the missing product, he said he'd go back to the store and get it.
Waited 20–25 minutes, and then suddenly the order was marked delivered.
On calling the delivery guy, he told me the store manager had taken his phone and marked the order as delivered, saying the customer would raise a missing-item claim....
WHAT THE HECK!
Contacted Zepto support. They offered a refund. I clearly told them I didn't want a refund. I wanted the missing product and an explanation of why this happened.
The agent simply processed the refund and closed the ticket.
No explanation, no accountability.
Why should the customer have to suffer, spend time raising complaints and chase support for something that is entirely Zepto's operational failure?
A refund is not an answer to everything!

The queue may look long, but so does the number of immigration counters.
