Oooft @kmckenna63 did not miss and hit the wall with this one. "THERE will be one good outcome at least from Mr Swinney’s zombie summit. It will flush out all those executive chancers who run middle Scotland and sit on its health, education and policing boards. Any church leader who attends is knowingly participating in a falsehood. "

Are we at rock bottom yet? How much more can we endure before we wake up to the brutal truth: We are being failed. These injustices that shame us all must end. We need leaders with courage, not cowards who prioritise their own ambitions over the lives and dignity of the people they serve.
This is unacceptable. How can we claim to be a just society when we can’t even provide pregnant women with the critical support they need to break free from dependency? How can we stand by while women and girls are exploited by rape gangs, protected by a culture of fear, dishonesty, and spineless leadership? This is all a national disgrace, and it demands immediate reform and action, but I fear it won’t be—just another few days of headlines. 😢
This cycle of failure doesn’t have to continue. There is a better way. Recovery is possible—we’ve proven it time and again. But we need to fight for it. We need services that truly free people from dependency and leaders who have the guts to stand up for what’s right.
Reform is possible. It's all connected. We are all connected.

Yesterday I had the honour of attending at Windsor Castle to accept the Elizabeth Emblem on behalf of my husband Lewis, from His Majesty King Charles. It was of course a bittersweet day but very special all the same. #ALifeGivenInService

I am very grateful that today @YvetteCooperMP the Home Secretary has seen sense, to prevent another firearms officer being named in the future, but I fear it’s too little too late. 👀
We shall see. #ThinBlueLine🚨
