JazākumuLlāhu Khayran for the mention, we beg Allāh to purify our intentions and continue to keep us steadfast upon goodness. Āmīn
In the space of two weeks, I have done two different cases involving travel agents. And I am here to warn people to beware of scammers. Most of these travel agents are scammers! There was one we drove away from our office after we realized he was in the habit of eating people's money and getting a lawyer to shield him from being prosecuted. One of them defruaded my client of 50,000 riyals. She had a medical appointment in KSA, she went there and got stranded because the guy vanished with her money under the guise of helping her change the money ( Naira →Riyal). The common scenario though is fleeing after getting money from their victims to process visas and incidental expenses. If you want to make Umrah, you should travel with reputable agents. I know some of them and I can recommend few that I trust (in no particular order): @borderlinevoy All inclusive services @JarusTravels All inclusive services @Alburaqvoyage Hajj and Umrah, Nigeria and abroad. I have done enough recovery cases to be able to tell you that: prevention is better than remedy. Don't let your money get into the hands of the bad guys.

This reminds me of when I first became active on Twitter early 2020. I "defeated" someone in an argument and he zoomed my profile pic and said my face looked like potato soaked in water for two days. I was like, I thought we are arguing Nigerian economy? 🤷‍♂️

Dear student of knowledge, Train your mind to be independent of AI, you need intellectual humility to survive and guide those who rely upon you. A prompt may produce the Khutba, but it will never provide the spiritual and intellectual depth that comes with deep study.

MAY ALLAH REWARD THOSE SCHOLARS ON BEHALF OF THE UMMAH After reading the painstaking explanation of one of the scholars who scrutinized the operations of the Dangote Refinery to determine its compliance with Sharee'ah provisions, I am personally left with no reason to doubt their integrity, competence and good purpose. May Allah reward them immensely for their efforts on behalf of the ummah. One aspect of the scholars' approval that remains unconvincing to me however, is the fact that they do not necessarily require - as a precondition for their approval - that a company pledges not to borrow money at interest in the future as long as the recommended "purification" is done by its shareholders. That purification, to my mind, does not sound like something done only out of necessity if it is to be employed not only for what had previously been borrowed but also for what is currently being borrowed and is going to be borrowed by a company (and is allowed to be borrowed) at interest in the future. Is that not tacit approval of present and future involvement in ribaa based borrowing? If the answer is no, I don't understand how it is not when no undertaking to that effect was ever required; if it is yes, I don't understand the necessity for it. Shaykh Muritala Alade Adedokun

A MESSAGE FOR MEN IN PARTICULAR Brothers, make a habit of taking a bath (with soap) and brushing your mouth last thing at night before going to bed. All women love it and many are shy and too respectful to complain to a husband of his offensive odour and how it puts them off. It is a real turn-off for them and it threatens many marriages. Sisters, I have delivered your message o. Shaykh Murtala Alade Adedokun
