i used to add 10 API keys before every project. now i add one.
treg: SEO data, contact lookups, lead lists. one MCP, pay per call.
1. add it to claude code
2. ask for the data in plain words
3. it picks the source
stop collecting keys. no affiliation, i saw it on X.
you don't need a big audience to sell a high-ticket service. you need one line in your video description
1. talk about work you've actually done, twice a week
2. end every description with "i work with 1-2 clients at a time"
the videos earn trust. the line makes the ask.

search "black friday" in Meta's ad library. 50,000+ live ads in the US. open one and walk it like a buyer:
1. pick one that's been running a while. the start date is on the ad, and ads that lose money don't last.
2. write down what the ad promises.
3. click through. does the first screen repeat the promise? Graza's lander opens on the same picture as the ad.
4. note what it asks for next: a quiz, an email, the card. that order is the funnel.
5. save it. ads that only ran in the US leave the library once they stop.
do 10 of these, then hand your notes and your client's offer to your coding agent. it's the same walk my agents do for Boring Funnels, one funnel a week.
the best funnel class of the year closes when the sale does.
if you can't say why a page is built that way, don't copy it.
i think the whole "no moats left" narrative is wrong. go touch grass. 99% of your friends and family barely use chatgpt.
1. log off and ask 5 business owners what AI they use
2. pick the niche that says "chatgpt, sometimes"
3. do the work for them
main street is wide open.
you don't need hundreds of customers to make money with AI. you need 1 to 3 clients and to forward deploy yourself
1. show people in your field what you built
2. ask "what would a pilot look like?"
3. charge for it as consulting
your years in the field are the product.
if you want to do this with local businesses, how i'd pick the clients and get in front of them is all in here:

SaaS is dead.
I advise the world's biggest companies on SaaS and I'll tell you where it's going and how it evolves in 11 minutes.
nobody bought at $25. at $1,000, she sold four.
Olga built AI training for salespeople. crickets. so she pitched the companies paying for their AI.
1. ask who already pays for the problem
2. pitch them the result they're not getting
don't drop the price. change who's paying.
call me crazy but i wouldn't run a single ad until i could name my niche in one line.
ads are great at scaling a market you've already found. they're a very expensive way to find one.
the best pitch to a local business isn't a deck. it's their new website, already built.
find the sites nobody has touched in a year. build the new one. send the link: "click around, tell me if you like it."
all 7 steps in the image. the finished site does the selling.
before you pitch a local business anything, run this math with their numbers:
1. leads a month x cost per lead (100 x $129 = ~$13k)
2. what a leaky page loses (1 in 5 = ~$2,600 a month)
3. what one job pays ($1,714 plumbing job = 13 leads)
then pitch the fix.

a site an agency would've charged $10k for now takes one prompt.
so a beautiful site doesn't set anyone apart anymore. everyone can have one.
what still takes work is the page that gets someone to sign up or call. build that, then make it pretty.
old way: 20 first calls. new way: 20 owners in one room at 7am.
- a supply house counter on a tuesday
- 45 minutes on five things they can use tomorrow
- one offer at the end
the owners who raise a hand are your warmest leads of the year.
the five things to teach, how to fill 25 seats and the one offer i'd make are all in here:

write down the best 100 businesses you could ever work with. then stay useful to them for six months.
a magazine did this with 167 advertisers. nothing for four months. in month six, 28 bought at once and it went from 15th to 1st.
what to send in each of those six months, week by week, is in the full article:
