I wrote up 24 bios and made an eight question personality quiz to let people determine which Transformers Botbots character they are! A lot of love went into this, and I'd be thrilled to know who everyone wound up getting. uquiz.com/4lrroZ via @uquiz

I’ll carry this with me: “We had the same robot dad. And somewhere within every house is the same thing I heard before I was old enough to explain it: Strength has obligations. Power is supposed to protect. Leadership is not possession. Freedom belongs to everybody. Be gentle.”

A tribute, as best as I can muster. medium.com/@jameshooks/our-r…

“Be strong enough to be gentle.” Those words rewrote me on a fundamental level. As a kid who grew up with an abusive father, I had to get my values of compassion and empathy from my cartoon heroes instead. Peter Cullen spoke as one who walked the walk, and I’ve kept that close.
